What data is collected by the App?

Traq My App is an iOS App to track volunteer hours, reading log entries, etc. The app collects the following:-

i) Date of the activity

ii) Amount of time worked on the activity

iii) Description of the activity.

The app has a built-in feature to email the log in the form of a spreadsheet to an email address that the user enters. The email is not stored anywhere.

Where does the information go?

Traq My Time uses the feature to store data on the same device used to enter the information. Even though it is an iOS App, the data does not get to iCloud either. The information lives in your phone/tablet. The data is associated with the device used and not associated with the user account. Yes, anyone who has access to your phone and its password can access the information entered in Track My Time. The data is not encrypted.
