يرجى قراءة شروط الاستخدام هذه بعناية قبل إنشاء حساب أو الدخول إلى تطبيق STRP أو استخدام أي من خدماته. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام بها، إضافة إلى سياسة الخصوصية ومعايير سلامة الأطفال وأي سياسات أخرى معلنة داخل التطبيق.

1. الموافقة على الشروط

بدخولك إلى تطبيق STRP أو إنشاء حساب أو استخدام أي من خدماته، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه وسياسة الخصوصية والسياسات والتعليمات المعلنة داخل التطبيق.

إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فيجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وعدم إنشاء حساب فيه.

يحق لـ STRP تعديل هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التعديلات موافقةً عليها.

2. الأهلية والعمر المسموح

تطبيق STRP غير مخصص لمن تقل أعمارهم عن 16 سنة.

يجب أن يكون المستخدم قد بلغ 16 سنة على الأقل، أو الحد الأدنى الأعلى الذي تفرضه الأنظمة المعمول بها في بلده.

يجوز لـ STRP طلب معلومات أو اتخاذ إجراءات مناسبة للتحقق من عمر المستخدم.

يحق لـ STRP تعليق الحساب أو إيقافه إذا تبين أن المستخدم لا يستوفي شرط العمر أو قدم معلومات غير صحيحة بشأن عمره.

3. إنشاء الحساب

قد يتطلب استخدام بعض خدمات STRP إنشاء حساب وتقديم معلومات صحيحة وحديثة وكاملة.

يوافق المستخدم على عدم إنشاء حساب باستخدام بيانات مزيفة أو مضللة أو بيانات تعود إلى شخص آخر دون إذنه.

يجوز منع إنشاء حسابات متعددة إذا كان الغرض منها التحايل على الحظر أو العقوبات أو إساءة استخدام الخدمات.

يحق لـ STRP رفض إنشاء أي حساب أو تقييده متى كان ذلك ضروريًا للأمن أو السلامة أو الامتثال للأنظمة.

4. مسؤولية الحساب وأمانه

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية المحافظة على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول وكلمات المرور وأي وسائل تحقق مرتبطة بحسابه.

يجب عدم مشاركة الحساب أو بيانات الدخول مع أي شخص آخر.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه، ما لم يُثبت أن الحساب تعرض لاختراق خارج عن إرادته وتم إبلاغ STRP دون تأخير.

يجب إبلاغ فريق الدعم عند الاشتباه في الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الحساب.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

يلتزم المستخدم باستخدام STRP بطريقة قانونية ومحترمة وآمنة، وبما لا يضر بالمستخدمين الآخرين أو بالتطبيق أو بالبنية التقنية للخدمة.

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق في أي نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو مضلل أو مسيء أو ضار.

يجب الالتزام بتعليمات الإدارة وفريق الدعم وقواعد المجتمعات والغرف والألعاب والميزات المختلفة داخل التطبيق.

6. المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم

قد يسمح STRP للمستخدمين بإنشاء أو نشر أو إرسال أو تخزين محتوى، بما في ذلك الرسائل والصور ومقاطع الفيديو والتسجيلات الصوتية والقصص والتعليقات وبيانات الملف الشخصي.

يحتفظ المستخدم بحقوقه في المحتوى الذي ينشئه، مع تحمله المسؤولية الكاملة عنه.

يقر المستخدم بأنه يملك الحقوق والتصاريح اللازمة لنشر المحتوى، وأن المحتوى لا ينتهك حقوق أي طرف آخر.

يحق لـ STRP معالجة المحتوى وتخزينه وعرضه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمات وتقديمها وحمايتها.

7. الترخيص الممنوح إلى STRP

عند نشر المحتوى أو رفعه إلى STRP، يمنح المستخدم التطبيق ترخيصًا غير حصري وعالميًا وقابلًا للإلغاء، بالقدر الذي تسمح به طبيعة الخدمة، لاستضافة المحتوى وتخزينه ونسخه ومعالجته وعرضه ونقله.

يقتصر هذا الترخيص على تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم الميزات وتحسين الأداء وحماية المستخدمين وإنفاذ السياسات.

لا يعني هذا الترخيص انتقال ملكية المحتوى إلى STRP.

ينتهي الترخيص عادةً عند حذف المحتوى أو الحساب، مع مراعاة النسخ الاحتياطية والالتزامات القانونية والأمنية.

8. المحتوى والسلوك المحظور

يُحظر نشر أو مشاركة أو إرسال أو تخزين أي محتوى يتضمن أو يشجع على:

يتبع STRP سياسة عدم التسامح مطلقًا مع الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال أو استغلالهم أو المواد المتعلقة بالاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال.

يُحظر الاستدراج أو التحرش أو التهديد أو أي تواصل غير آمن يتعلق بالقاصرين.

يجوز لـ STRP إزالة المحتوى المخالف فورًا وتعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المعنية والتعاون مع الجهات المختصة عند الاقتضاء.

يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مخاوف متعلقة بسلامة الأطفال باستخدام أدوات الإبلاغ داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني المعلن.

10. الدردشات والرسائل

تُستخدم الدردشات الخاصة والجماعية للتواصل المشروع والمحترم فقط.

يُمنع إرسال الرسائل المزعجة أو التهديدات أو المحتوى الاحتيالي أو الضار أو المخالف.

قد تتم مراجعة الرسائل التي يتم الإبلاغ عنها بالقدر اللازم للتحقق من المخالفة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

لا يجوز للمستخدم افتراض أن الرسائل أو الوسائط المرسلة ستظل خاصة إذا قام الطرف الآخر بحفظها أو تصويرها أو الإبلاغ عنها.

11. القصص والوسائط

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الصور ومقاطع الفيديو والتسجيلات الصوتية والنصوص والملصقات وأي وسائط ينشرها في القصص أو الملفات الشخصية أو المحادثات.

يجب ألا تتضمن الوسائط محتوى مخالفًا أو حقوقًا مملوكة للغير دون إذن.

قد يقوم STRP بتقليل الجودة أو ضغط الملفات أو تحويلها تقنيًا لتشغيلها وعرضها داخل التطبيق.

يجوز إزالة القصص أو الوسائط التي تخالف الشروط أو تعرض المستخدمين للخطر.

12. الغرف الصوتية والاتصالات

يجب استخدام الغرف الصوتية وميزات الاتصال بطريقة محترمة وآمنة.

يُمنع التحرش أو التهديد أو نشر الأصوات أو التسجيلات المخالفة أو إساءة استخدام الميكروفون أو التواصل الصوتي.

قد تتم معالجة الصوت من خلال مزودي خدمات الاتصال اللازمين لتشغيل الميزة.

قد يتمكن مالك الغرفة أو المشرفون من إدارة المقاعد وكتم المستخدمين وإخراجهم أو تقييد مشاركتهم.

لا يجوز تسجيل المحادثات الصوتية أو إعادة نشرها دون موافقة الأطراف، متى كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب الأنظمة.

13. الألعاب والميزات التفاعلية

توفر STRP ألعابًا وميزات تفاعلية لأغراض الترفيه والتواصل.

يُمنع الغش أو استغلال الأخطاء التقنية أو استخدام أدوات خارجية للحصول على ميزة غير عادلة.

يجوز لـ STRP تعديل قواعد الألعاب أو المكافآت أو النقاط أو آليات اللعب لتحقيق التوازن أو منع الاستغلال.

لا تضمن STRP استمرار أي لعبة أو ميزة أو توفرها بصورة دائمة.

قد تتم إزالة النتائج أو المكافآت التي تم الحصول عليها عن طريق الغش أو الخلل أو إساءة الاستخدام.

14. العملة الافتراضية والمكافآت

قد يتضمن STRP عملة افتراضية أو نقاطًا أو مكافآت رقمية تستخدم داخل التطبيق فقط.

لا تُعد العملة الافتراضية نقودًا حقيقية، ولا تمثل حسابًا مصرفيًا أو رصيدًا ماليًا قابلًا للسحب، ما لم يُنص صراحةً على خلاف ذلك.

لا يجوز بيع العملة الافتراضية أو نقلها أو استبدالها خارج الأنظمة والميزات المعتمدة داخل التطبيق.

يجوز لـ STRP تعديل قيمة المكافآت أو آلية منحها أو حدود استخدامها عند الحاجة التشغيلية أو الأمنية.

يمكن مصادرة الأرصدة التي تم الحصول عليها بالاحتيال أو استغلال الأخطاء أو مخالفة الشروط.

15. المشتريات داخل التطبيق

قد يوفر STRP مشتريات رقمية أو اشتراكات أو مزايا مدفوعة من خلال Apple App Store أو Google Play أو أي وسيلة معتمدة.

تخضع عمليات الدفع والاسترداد وسياسات الفوترة لشروط متجر التطبيقات الذي تمت من خلاله عملية الشراء.

يجب على المستخدم مراجعة السعر والمحتوى والمدة قبل تأكيد عملية الشراء.

لا يضمن STRP استرداد المبالغ خارج الحالات التي تفرضها الأنظمة أو سياسات المتجر.

قد تتغير الأسعار أو العروض أو المزايا مستقبلًا، دون التأثير على الحقوق المكتسبة التي تفرضها الأنظمة.

16. الهدايا والدعم داخل التطبيق

قد يتيح STRP للمستخدم إرسال هدايا أو دعم رقمي إلى مستخدمين أو غرف داخل التطبيق.

قد تُخصم رسوم أو نسبة تشغيلية من قيمة الهدية أو الدعم وفقًا للآلية الموضحة داخل التطبيق.

لا تمثل الهدايا التزامًا ماليًا من STRP تجاه المستلم، ولا يجوز تحويلها إلى أموال حقيقية إلا إذا وفّر التطبيق برنامجًا رسميًا يسمح بذلك.

يُمنع استخدام الهدايا في غسل الأموال أو الاحتيال أو شراء خدمات محظورة أو الضغط على المستخدمين.

يجوز إلغاء المعاملات المخالفة أو تجميد الأرصدة المرتبطة بها.

17. الاشتراكات والمزايا المدفوعة

قد يقدم STRP اشتراكات أو مستويات أو مزايا خاصة مقابل رسوم.

يتم توضيح مدة الاشتراك وسعره والمزايا المرتبطة به قبل إتمام الشراء.

قد تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا بحسب إعدادات متجر التطبيقات، ويتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية إدارتها من خلال حسابه في المتجر.

يجوز تعديل المزايا المستقبلية أو إضافة مزايا جديدة أو إيقاف بعضها، مع مراعاة الأنظمة وحقوق المشتركين.

لا يجوز مشاركة المزايا المدفوعة أو إعادة بيعها أو التحايل للحصول عليها دون دفع.

18. الإبلاغ والمراجعة والإشراف

يوفر STRP أدوات للإبلاغ عن الحسابات والرسائل والمحتوى والقصص والغرف والمخالفات الأخرى.

قد تتم مراجعة البلاغات بواسطة الإدارة أو فريق الدعم أو أنظمة آلية مساعدة.

يجوز اتخاذ إجراءات تشمل إزالة المحتوى أو التحذير أو تقييد الميزات أو التعليق أو الإيقاف النهائي.

لا يلتزم STRP بالكشف عن جميع تفاصيل التحقيق أو الإجراءات المتخذة، خصوصًا إذا تعلقت بخصوصية مستخدمين آخرين أو بأمن الخدمة.

تُتخذ قرارات الإشراف وفقًا للمعلومات المتاحة والسياسات والأنظمة المعمول بها.

19. تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه

يجوز لـ STRP تعليق الحساب أو تقييده أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة الشروط أو الإضرار بالمستخدمين أو إساءة استخدام الخدمات.

قد يتم الإنهاء الفوري في الحالات الخطيرة، بما في ذلك استغلال الأطفال أو التهديد أو الاحتيال أو الاختراق أو تكرار المخالفات.

قد يؤدي إنهاء الحساب إلى فقدان الوصول إلى المحتوى والمزايا والأرصدة الافتراضية، وفقًا لما تسمح به الأنظمة.

لا يجوز إنشاء حساب جديد للتحايل على الحظر أو العقوبة.

يجوز للمستخدم التواصل مع الدعم للاعتراض أو طلب المراجعة، دون ضمان قبول الطلب.

20. الحظر وتقييد التواصل

يوفر STRP أدوات قد تسمح للمستخدم بحظر مستخدمين آخرين أو كتمهم أو تقييد تواصلهم.

قد لا يمنع الحظر جميع أشكال الظهور أو التفاعل في المساحات العامة أو المشتركة، بحسب تصميم الميزة.

يجب عدم التحايل على الحظر باستخدام حسابات أخرى أو وسائل خارجية.

يجوز لـ STRP اتخاذ إجراءات إضافية عند ثبوت المضايقة أو محاولة تجاوز القيود.

21. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق STRP المتعلقة بالاسم والشعار والتصميم والبرمجيات والواجهات والرسومات وقواعد البيانات والمحتوى الأصلي محفوظة لصاحب التطبيق أو المرخصين له.

لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تفكيكه أو تعديله أو إعادة نشره أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه دون إذن مكتوب.

لا يمنح استخدام التطبيق المستخدم أي ملكية في العلامات التجارية أو البرمجيات أو المواد الخاصة بـ STRP.

يجب على المستخدم احترام حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والحقوق الأخرى الخاصة بالأطراف الثالثة.

22. بلاغات حقوق الملكية الفكرية

يجوز لأصحاب الحقوق إبلاغ STRP عن المحتوى الذي يعتقدون أنه ينتهك حقوقهم.

يجب أن يتضمن البلاغ معلومات كافية لتحديد العمل المحمي والمحتوى المخالف وبيانات التواصل مع صاحب الحق.

يجوز لـ STRP إزالة المحتوى أو تقييد الوصول إليه أثناء مراجعة البلاغ.

قد يتم إنهاء حسابات المستخدمين الذين يكررون انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

يتحمل مقدم البلاغ مسؤولية صحة المعلومات المقدمة.

23. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات

تخضع طريقة جمع البيانات واستخدامها ومشاركتها والاحتفاظ بها لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ STRP.

يوافق المستخدم على معالجة البيانات اللازمة لإنشاء الحساب وتشغيل الخدمات وحماية المستخدمين ومنع الاحتيال.

قد تتم معالجة البيانات بواسطة مزودي خدمات مثل خدمات الاستضافة والمصادقة والتخزين والإشعارات والاتصالات والتحليلات.

لا يبيع STRP البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين.

يجب على المستخدم مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية لفهم حقوقه وخياراته المتعلقة بالبيانات.

24. أذونات الجهاز

قد يطلب التطبيق أذونات مثل الكاميرا والميكروفون والصور والوسائط والإشعارات والموقع وجهات الاتصال.

لا يتم استخدام الإذن إلا عند الحاجة إلى الميزة المرتبطة به، ووفقًا لاختيار المستخدم وإعدادات الجهاز.

يمكن للمستخدم تعطيل الأذونات من إعدادات جهازه، إلا أن بعض الميزات قد لا تعمل بعد تعطيل الإذن اللازم لها.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التأكد من امتلاكه الحق في رفع أو مشاركة أي بيانات يتم الوصول إليها من جهازه.

25. توفر الخدمة والتحديثات

تُقدم خدمات STRP بحسب التوفر، وقد تتعرض للصيانة أو الانقطاع أو التأخير أو الأخطاء التقنية.

لا يضمن STRP أن تكون جميع الخدمات متاحة في جميع الأوقات أو على جميع الأجهزة أو البلدان.

يجوز إصدار تحديثات إلزامية لتحسين الأمان أو الأداء أو الامتثال.

قد يؤدي عدم تحديث التطبيق إلى توقف بعض الميزات أو عدم القدرة على استخدام الخدمة.

يجوز إضافة ميزات أو تعديلها أو إيقافها وفقًا للمتطلبات التشغيلية والأمنية.

26. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدم STRP على أساس «كما هو» و«حسب التوفر» ضمن الحدود التي تسمح بها الأنظمة.

لا يضمن STRP خلو التطبيق من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات أو فقدان البيانات أو المحتوى الضار الذي قد ينشره المستخدمون.

لا يؤيد STRP آراء المستخدمين أو تصرفاتهم أو المحتوى الذي ينشرونه.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية قراراته وتفاعلاته مع الآخرين داخل التطبيق وخارجه.

لا يؤثر هذا الإخلاء على أي ضمانات أو حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها.

27. حدود المسؤولية والتعويض

ضمن الحدود التي تسمح بها الأنظمة، لا يتحمل STRP المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذر استخدامه.

لا يتحمل STRP المسؤولية عن تصرفات المستخدمين أو الاتفاقات أو المعاملات التي تتم بينهم خارج الميزات الرسمية للتطبيق.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية تعويض STRP عن المطالبات أو الأضرار أو التكاليف الناتجة عن مخالفته للشروط أو انتهاكه حقوق الآخرين، بالقدر الذي تسمح به الأنظمة.

لا تستبعد هذه المادة المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.

28. القانون المعمول به وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، ما لم تفرض الأنظمة الإلزامية في بلد المستخدم خلاف ذلك.

يُفضل حل أي نزاع بصورة ودية من خلال التواصل مع دعم STRP أولًا.

عند تعذر الحل الودي، تُحال المنازعات إلى الجهة القضائية المختصة وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها.

لا تحد هذه المادة من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية التي تقررها الأنظمة المحلية.

29. التنازل أو نقل الحقوق

لا يجوز للمستخدم التنازل عن حقوقه أو التزاماته بموجب هذه الشروط أو نقلها إلى طرف آخر دون موافقة كتابية من STRP.

يجوز لـ STRP نقل حقوقه أو التزاماته أو إدارة الخدمة إلى جهة أخرى في إطار إعادة التنظيم أو بيع المشروع أو الاندماج أو نقل النشاط، مع مراعاة الأنظمة وحقوق المستخدمين.

إذا تبين أن أي حكم من هذه الشروط غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى الأحكام الأخرى سارية.

عدم ممارسة STRP لأي حق لا يُعد تنازلًا عنه.

تمثل هذه الشروط، إلى جانب سياسة الخصوصية والسياسات المعلنة، الاتفاق الكامل المنظم لاستخدام التطبيق.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before creating an account, accessing STRP, or using any of its services. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Child Safety Standards, and any other policies displayed within the app.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing STRP, creating an account, or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and all policies and instructions displayed within the app.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using STRP and must not create an account.

STRP may update these Terms when necessary. Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Minimum Age

STRP is not intended for users under 16 years of age.

Users must be at least 16 years old, or meet any higher minimum age required by the applicable laws of their country.

STRP may request information or take appropriate measures to verify a user’s age.

STRP may suspend or terminate an account if the user does not meet the age requirement or provides inaccurate information regarding their age.

3. Account Creation

Certain STRP services may require users to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Users must not create accounts using false or misleading information or information belonging to another person without authorization.

The creation of multiple accounts may be prohibited when used to avoid bans, penalties, restrictions, or to misuse the services.

STRP may refuse or restrict the creation of any account when necessary for security, safety, or legal compliance.

4. Account Responsibility and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details, passwords, and any verification methods linked to their accounts.

Users must not share their accounts or login credentials with other persons.

Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts unless they demonstrate that the account was compromised through circumstances beyond their control and they promptly informed STRP.

Users must contact support if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must use STRP in a lawful, respectful, and safe manner that does not harm other users, the app, or the technical infrastructure of the service.

The app must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities.

Users must follow the instructions of administrators and support staff, as well as the rules of communities, rooms, games, and other features within the app.

6. User-Generated Content

STRP may allow users to create, publish, send, or store content, including messages, images, videos, audio recordings, stories, comments, and profile information.

Users retain their rights in the content they create and remain fully responsible for it.

Users confirm that they have all necessary rights and permissions to publish their content and that it does not violate the rights of any other party.

STRP may process, store, and display content to the extent necessary to operate, provide, and protect the services.

7. License Granted to STRP

By publishing or uploading content to STRP, users grant the app a non-exclusive, worldwide, and revocable license, to the extent permitted by the nature of the service, to host, store, copy, process, display, and transmit such content.

This license is limited to operating the app, providing features, improving performance, protecting users, and enforcing policies.

This license does not transfer ownership of the content to STRP.

The license will generally end when the content or account is deleted, subject to backup retention and legal, security, and compliance obligations.

Users must not publish, share, send, or store content that includes or promotes:

STRP maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse, child exploitation, and child sexual abuse material.

Grooming, harassment, threats, or unsafe contact involving minors are strictly prohibited.

STRP may immediately remove violating content, suspend or terminate related accounts, and cooperate with competent authorities when appropriate.

Child safety concerns must be reported through the in-app reporting tools or through the published contact email.

10. Chats and Messages

Private and group chats must only be used for lawful and respectful communication.

Spam, threats, fraudulent content, harmful content, and other prohibited messages are not allowed.

Reported messages may be reviewed to the extent necessary to verify a violation and take appropriate action.

Users should not assume that messages or media will remain private if another party saves, records, screenshots, or reports them.

11. Stories and Media

Users are responsible for the images, videos, audio recordings, text, stickers, and other media they publish in stories, profiles, or chats.

Media must not contain prohibited content or third-party material used without permission.

STRP may reduce quality, compress files, or technically convert media to enable storage, playback, and display within the app.

Stories or media that violate these Terms or place users at risk may be removed.

12. Voice Rooms and Communications

Voice rooms and communication features must be used respectfully and safely.

Harassment, threats, prohibited audio, microphone abuse, and misuse of voice communication features are not allowed.

Voice data may be processed through communication service providers required to operate the feature.

Room owners or moderators may manage seats, mute users, remove participants, or restrict participation.

Users must not record or republish voice conversations without the consent of the participants when such consent is required by applicable law.

13. Games and Interactive Features

STRP provides games and interactive features for entertainment and social communication.

Cheating, exploiting technical errors, or using external tools to obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

STRP may modify game rules, rewards, points, or gameplay systems to maintain balance or prevent abuse.

STRP does not guarantee that any game or feature will remain permanently available.

Results or rewards obtained through cheating, exploitation, or technical errors may be removed.

14. Virtual Currency and Rewards

STRP may include virtual currency, points, or digital rewards that are used only within the app.

Virtual currency is not real money and does not represent a bank account or withdrawable financial balance unless expressly stated otherwise.

Virtual currency must not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the systems and features authorized within the app.

STRP may modify reward values, distribution methods, or usage limits for operational or security reasons.

Balances obtained through fraud, error exploitation, or violations of these Terms may be confiscated.

15. In-App Purchases

STRP may offer digital purchases, subscriptions, or paid features through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment method.

Payment, billing, and refund processes are subject to the terms of the app store through which the purchase was made.

Users must review the price, content, and duration before confirming any purchase.

STRP does not guarantee refunds outside the circumstances required by law or app store policies.

Prices, offers, or benefits may change in the future without affecting rights already granted under applicable law.

16. Gifts and In-App Support

STRP may allow users to send digital gifts or support to other users or rooms within the app.

An operational fee or percentage may be deducted from the value of a gift or support transaction in accordance with the mechanism displayed in the app.

Gifts do not create a financial obligation from STRP to the recipient and cannot be converted into real money unless STRP provides an official program that expressly allows such conversion.

Gifts must not be used for money laundering, fraud, purchasing prohibited services, or pressuring other users.

Violating transactions may be canceled, and related balances may be frozen.

17. Subscriptions and Paid Benefits

STRP may offer subscriptions, levels, or special benefits for a fee.

The subscription period, price, and included benefits will be shown before purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the user’s app store settings, and users are responsible for managing subscriptions through their store account.

STRP may modify future benefits, add new benefits, or discontinue certain benefits, subject to applicable law and subscriber rights.

Paid benefits must not be shared, resold, or obtained through circumvention or unauthorized methods.

18. Reporting, Review, and Moderation

STRP provides tools for reporting accounts, messages, content, stories, rooms, and other violations.

Reports may be reviewed by administrators, the support team, or automated assistance systems.

Possible actions include removing content, issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating accounts.

STRP is not required to disclose all details of an investigation or action, especially where the privacy of other users or service security is involved.

Moderation decisions are based on available information, platform policies, and applicable laws.

19. Account Suspension or Termination

STRP may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for violating these Terms, harming users, or misusing the services.

Immediate termination may occur in serious cases, including child exploitation, threats, fraud, hacking, or repeated violations.

Account termination may result in the loss of access to content, features, and virtual balances, subject to applicable law.

Users must not create a new account to evade a ban or penalty.

Users may contact support to appeal or request a review, but STRP does not guarantee that the request will be accepted.

20. Blocking and Communication Restrictions

STRP may provide tools that allow users to block, mute, or restrict communication from other users.

Blocking may not prevent every form of visibility or interaction in public or shared spaces, depending on the design of the feature.

Users must not bypass a block using other accounts or external methods.

STRP may take additional action where harassment or attempts to circumvent restrictions are confirmed.

21. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the STRP name, logo, design, software, interfaces, graphics, databases, and original content are owned by the app owner or its licensors.

Users must not copy, decompile, modify, republish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app without written permission.

Using STRP does not grant users ownership of STRP trademarks, software, or proprietary materials.

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, and other rights belonging to third parties.

22. Intellectual Property Reports

Rights holders may report content that they believe infringes their rights.

A report should include sufficient information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing content, and the rights holder’s contact details.

STRP may remove or restrict access to content while reviewing an infringement report.

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be terminated.

The person submitting the report is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

23. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, sharing, and retention of data are governed by the STRP Privacy Policy.

Users agree to the processing of data required to create accounts, operate the services, protect users, and prevent fraud.

Data may be processed by service providers offering hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, communications, analytics, and related technical services.

STRP does not sell users’ personal data.

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand their data rights and choices.

24. Device Permissions

STRP may request permissions such as access to the camera, microphone, photos, media, notifications, location, and contacts.

Permissions are used only when needed for the related feature, according to the user’s choice and device settings.

Users may disable permissions through their device settings, but some features may stop working when required permissions are disabled.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload or share any data accessed from their devices.

25. Service Availability and Updates

STRP services are provided subject to availability and may experience maintenance, interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

STRP does not guarantee that all services will be available at all times, on all devices, or in all countries.

Mandatory updates may be issued to improve security, performance, or compliance.

Failure to update the app may cause some features to stop working or prevent access to the service.

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued according to operational and security requirements.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

STRP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

STRP does not guarantee that the app will be free of errors, interruptions, data loss, or harmful content published by users.

STRP does not endorse the opinions, conduct, or content of users.

Users are responsible for their decisions and interactions with others inside and outside the app.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, STRP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

STRP is not responsible for user conduct, agreements, or transactions carried out between users outside the app’s official features.

Users are responsible for indemnifying STRP against claims, damages, or costs resulting from their violation of these Terms or infringement of the rights of others, to the extent permitted by law.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless mandatory laws in the user’s country require otherwise.

Users are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting STRP support.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to the competent judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights granted under local laws.

29. Assignment and Transfer of Rights

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms to another party without the written consent of STRP.

STRP may transfer its rights, obligations, or management of the service to another entity as part of a reorganization, project sale, merger, or business transfer, subject to applicable laws and user rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

STRP’s failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other published policies, constitute the complete agreement governing use of the app.
