The mobile application Smart Counter is developed by KMind Studio.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information when you use the app.
Smart Counter does not collect or store any personal information such as names, email addresses, or login credentials.
However, the app may use third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob) to display banner advertisements. These services may collect non-personal information, including:
Device type and operating system version
Country or region
Advertising interactions and frequency
Advertising ID (for ad personalization and analytics)
Additionally, the app may access your approximate location to determine the correct local time zone for accurate time synchronization in the counter and history logs.
📍 Location data is only used to detect your local time zone — it is not stored, not shared, and not used for tracking.
Within the app itself, we only store:
Timer and counter values
Label sets and history logs
User preferences (e.g., dark/light mode, sound settings)
All of this data is saved locally on the user’s device using secure local storage (PlayerPrefs or local database).
Collected non-personal data from advertising services may be used to:
Display relevant and non-intrusive ads
Improve app stability and performance
Location data is used only to:
Adjust local time and synchronize the counter correctly with the user’s time zone
Locally stored app data is used to:
Record timer/counter values
Maintain labels and logs
Restore user preferences between sessions
No personal or location data is transmitted to external servers.
Our app may use third-party SDKs or services, including but not limited to:

These services follow their own privacy policies and comply with Google Play’s data and privacy requirements.
Users can:

Deny or allow location access anytime via app permissions.
Use the app offline; location is optional and only used for time correction.
Uninstall the app to remove all local data.
We prioritize privacy and user control. Smart Counter does not send any personal or location data to external servers.
All app data (counters, labels, history, preferences) is stored locally and permanently removed when the app is uninstalled.
