SkyMax Watch Faces Privacy Policy
1. Collected Information
SkyMax Watch Faces apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users.
Our apps do not request or collect the following data:
name,
email address,
geographic location,
device identifiers,
device information,
or any other information that could identify you as an individual.
We do not require registration, account sign-in, or access to your contacts, messages, files, or other data.
2. Data Security
Since no personal information is collected or stored, no user data is stored on our servers or other systems.
3. Permissions and Device Data
Our watch faces may access limited system information provided by the Wear OS platform to display real-time information, such as:
time and date,
battery level,
heart rate,
step count,
weather information,
device status information via system widgets.
This data is used solely to display information on the watch face. If the watch face displays health or fitness data, it only requests access to the necessary sensors and services. All such data is processed locally on the Wear OS device and is not transmitted to us.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
We do not collect or store any personal information from users.
All information displayed on the watch face (time, date, battery level, heart rate, steps, weather data, etc.) comes directly from the Wear OS system and remains on the user's device. Since no user data is transmitted or stored to us, we do not store any records and have no data to delete. All data resides solely on your device. If necessary, the user can delete or limit the display of information by changing device settings or deleting the app.
5. Third-Party Services and Tracking
SkyMax Watch Faces apps do not use:
analytics services,
advertising SDKs,
third-party advertising networks,
user tracking technologies (tracking, profiling, etc.).
We do not collect usage statistics, display advertising, or share data with third parties.
6. Children's Privacy
SkyMax Watch Faces apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we accidentally receive such information, we will delete it upon discovery.
