This Privacy Policy describes how PixelGenie ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
1. Information Collection and Use
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, or phone number) directly. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
a. Uploaded Images and AI Generation To provide our AI image generation features, you may upload photos to the App.
Processing: Your images are securely transmitted to our AI providers (Google Cloud Vertex AI) solely for the purpose of generating the requested artwork.
Storage: We do not permanently store your source images or generated images on our servers. They are processed transiently.
Privacy: We do not use your images to train our own AI models or share them with unauthorized third parties.
b. Usage Data We may collect information that your mobile device sends whenever you use our App. This may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to facilitate our App, provide the Service on our behalf, or analyze how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. They may collect data regarding your purchase history to validate your subscription status.
Google Firebase: We use Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and authentication.
Google AdMob: We may use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use cookies and unique device identifiers to serve personalized ads.
3. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are
advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
