1. Not Medical Advice PixelChain is designed as a motivational tool for habit tracking and gamification. The content, including "Quests" and "Daily Goals," is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Physical Activity Risk If you use PixelChain to track physical exercises or diets, you do so at your own risk. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new fitness routine or making significant lifestyle changes. We are not liable for any injuries, health problems, or damages resulting from activities tracked within the app.
3. No Guarantee of Results The "Chain" and "Leveling" systems are visual representations of your consistency. PixelChain does not guarantee that using the app will result in the permanent formation of habits or specific personal achievements.
4. "As Is" Basis The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the App's features or the safety of the locally stored data.
5. Data Loss Warning By using PixelChain, you understand that your progress is tied to your physical device. We are not responsible for the recovery of "broken chains" or lost statistics due to app updates, OS errors, or accidental deletion.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using PixelChain ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. Use License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the 16-bit pixel art, UI designs, or source code.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software.
3. User Responsibility & Data
Manual Input: PixelChain is a manual entry tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of the habits and "quests" you record.
Local Storage: You acknowledge that all data is stored locally on your device. PixelChain does not provide cloud backups. If you delete the App, lose your device, or experience a hardware failure, your "Chain" and all progress will be permanently lost. We are not responsible for any data loss.
4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purposes or to track activities that violate any local or international laws.
5. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of the Terms.
6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. Introduction PixelChain is a manual habit tracking application. We value your privacy and this policy explains that we do not collect your personal information.
2. Data Collection & Storage
No Personal Data: PixelChain does not require an account, email, or any personal identification to function.
Local Storage Only: All data you enter (quests, habits, streaks) is stored locally on your device using secure local storage (MMKV). We do not have servers, and we cannot access, read, or store your data.
No Automated Tracking: Since we removed Apple Health and automated tracking, no background health data is collected.
3. Usage Data We do not collect IP addresses or device identifiers. Any technical data used by the operating system (iOS) to run the app is not accessible by the developer.
4. Data Deletion Your data stays on your device. If you delete the app or use the "Reset All Data" feature in the app, all your data is permanently deleted. We do not keep backups.
