Application: قارئ ص.م.م
This Privacy Policy applies to the قارئ ص.م.م application (the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Dr.Mohammad Yahya (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use "AS IS."
The Application allows you to open, read, organize, edit, annotate, sign, and save PDF documents stored on your device.
The core document-processing features are designed to process your PDF files locally on your device. The Service Provider does not operate a server that receives or stores the contents of your PDF documents as part of the Application's normal reading and editing functionality.
The Application may create local temporary or saved copies when needed for features such as reading, editing, saving, organizing pages, adding images or signatures, annotations, recent documents, bookmarks, reading progress, and preferences.
If you choose to add an image or signature, the Application may access the image you select. Selected images may be processed locally, including resizing, cropping, trimming borders, or creating temporary local copies. The Service Provider does not upload selected images or signatures to its own servers as part of the normal editing functionality.
Because the Application uses third-party advertising services, certain technical information may be collected automatically by those services. Depending on SDK configuration, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, this may include:
Internet Protocol (IP) address;
approximate/general location inferred from the IP address;
device or advertising identifiers;
app interactions and ad interactions;
diagnostic, crash-related, and performance information;
information about advertisements shown or interacted with.
The Application does not request or collect your device's precise GPS location for its core PDF reading and editing features.
The Application uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising technologies may collect and process data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
The Application may also rely on standard Android and Google Play platform services required for normal application operation and distribution.
The Application does not claim that all information processed by advertising providers is anonymous or aggregated. Third-party SDKs may process device-related or advertising-related identifiers according to their own policies, settings, and applicable privacy requirements.
The Application may allow you to share or export a PDF document through Android's standard sharing functionality. When you choose to share a file, the destination application or service may receive the file. Its handling is then governed by that third party's privacy practices.
The Application requests access only when required to provide a feature you choose to use. Depending on Android version and device configuration, this may include access needed to select/open PDF files, select images, save edited files, and access the Internet for advertising and related third-party services.
The Application does not require access to your contacts, call history, SMS messages, microphone, or precise GPS location for its core document features.
The Application does not require an account with the Service Provider for its core PDF features and does not require your name, postal address, phone number, or payment-card information for normal use.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may receive your email address and any information you include in your message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and for related support purposes.
Documents, temporary files, recent-file information, bookmarks, reading progress, and preferences may be stored locally on your device.
You can remove local Application data by deleting relevant files, clearing the Application's storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the Application. Files explicitly saved/exported to shared device storage may remain after uninstalling and must be deleted separately by you.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, the communication may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, records, disputes, or legal obligations.
You may request deletion of personal information you directly provided to the Service Provider by contacting mohmmadya05@gmail.com. This request applies to data controlled by the Service Provider. Data independently processed by third-party providers such as Google is subject to those providers' own privacy controls and policies.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information under its control. Core PDF and image editing functions are designed to process documents locally on the device, reducing the need to transmit document contents over the Internet.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has directly provided personal information to the Service Provider, contact mohmmadya05@gmail.com.
The Service Provider may disclose information under its control when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights/property/safety, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
You may stop using the Application and its associated processing by uninstalling it.
Advertising-related privacy controls may depend on Android version, Google settings, advertising ID settings, region, and consent controls provided by Google or within the Application.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Application, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The "Last updated" date will be revised when changes are made.
By using the Application, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required for particular processing activities, including certain advertising activities, consent will be requested or managed as required by applicable law and the relevant third-party service.
