This Privacy Policy describes how Expense Sheet ("the Application"), developed by Maksym Fomichov ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our Application.

1.1 Financial Data (Local Storage Only)
All data you enter into the Application (including incomes, expenses, accounts, categories, and notes) is stored exclusively locally on your device. We do not have access to your financial records, we do not upload them to our servers, and we do not share them with any third parties.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
To ensure the stable performance of the Application, analyze user engagement, and display relevant advertisements, we integrate third-party services that may automatically collect certain information:
Analytics (Firebase Analytics): We collect anonymous usage data (e.g., screens viewed, button clicks, app crashes). This helps us understand how the app performs and how to improve it. The collected data may include device information, operating system version, and approximate location (at the country/city level).
Advertising (Google AdMob): The free version of the Application uses Google AdMob to display native ads. AdMob may utilize device advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and cookies to personalize advertisements and measure ad performance.
In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing): If you choose to upgrade to the Premium version, the transaction will be processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We only receive a confirmation status (purchased/not purchased) to unlock the Premium features.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization).
Data Deletion: Since your financial records are stored strictly on your device, you can permanently delete all your data at any moment by clearing the Application's cache/data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above.
