To Provide and Maintain the Service: To stream radio stations and ensure the App functions correctly.

4. Permissions
Our App requests the following permissions to function properly:
INTERNET: Required to stream radio stations and load advertisements.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the App to check if an internet connection is available before trying to stream content.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: This is essential for the core functionality of the App. It allows the radio to continue playing in the background when you switch to another app or lock your screen.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (on Android 13+): Required to show the media playback controls in the notification area, allowing you to control the radio without opening the App.
5. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data transmitted by the App, including device identifiers and advertising IDs, is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (such as HTTPS). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
6. Your Data Rights (Data Deletion)
You have the right to request the deletion of any data we have collected. To request data deletion, please contact us at apnaradio@zohomail.in. We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
