As a document reader application, we require access to your device's storage to function.

• Local Processing: All documents (PDF, DOC, Excel, PPT, TXT) are processed locally on your device.

• No Uploads: We do not upload, collect, or store your personal files, documents, or images on our servers. Your data remains strictly on your device.

3. Permissions We Request

To provide our services, we may ask for the following permissions:

• Storage/Media Files: Necessary to scan, open, and read documents stored on your phone.

• User Tracking (iOS): We ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. This allows us to provide a more personalized advertising experience.

4. Data Collection & Third-Party Services

We use third-party SDKs that may collect certain data automatically:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect Device Identifiers (IDFA/AAID), usage data, and approximate location to show personalized and relevant ads.

• Firebase/Crashlytics: Used to monitor app performance, stability, and fix bugs. This data (such as crash logs and device models) is anonymous and used for technical diagnostics only.

5. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

For users on iOS, we comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We will only track your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) if you explicitly grant permission through the system prompt. If you decline, we will still show ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not store your personal documents on our servers, there is no personal document data to delete. Any anonymous diagnostic data collected by third parties (Google/Firebase) is managed according to their respective retention policies.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited data we process. However, since your documents are stored locally, we recommend securing your device with a password or biometric lock to protect your files.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app is a general-purpose utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).
