The extension operates entirely client-side as an interface enhancement for Octomatic. It reads on page elements (such as names, phone numbers, and product details, agents) strictly to improve the local user experience. All API requests are made directly between the user's browser and the target CRM's native backend (leaderscod) using the user's existing local session. The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
