This Privacy Policy explains how IPTV Smart Player 2026 (the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the App.
1. ABOUT THE APP
IPTV Smart Player 2026 is a media-player application that allows users to play compatible media streams and manage IPTV playlists or service connections they independently provide, such as M3U playlists and Xtream-compatible accounts. The App does not itself supply a subscription, channel lineup, copyrighted movies, or third-party streaming credentials. Content availability and rights depend on the user's chosen provider and applicable law.
2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Depending on the features you use, you may provide:
- Playlist URLs, server addresses, playlist names, and connection type.
- Xtream-compatible usernames and passwords to access your chosen service.
- Preferences such as preferred subtitle language, video quality, playback settings, and saved app settings.
- Content-related information such as favorites or recently watched items, if those features are enabled in your installed version.
These details are used to connect to your chosen source and operate the App. Your IPTV provider may receive connection requests, account credentials, your IP address, and playback requests when you use its service. Its privacy practices are independent of ours.
3. LOCAL STORAGE AND CREDENTIAL PROTECTION
The App is designed to save source settings on your device so you do not need to enter them on every launch. Xtream credentials are intended to be stored using Android encrypted local storage, while non-secret settings may use Android DataStore or another app-local store. We do not intentionally include your playlist credentials in analytics or advertising requests.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device, use a secure network, and avoid sharing your IPTV credentials. Uninstalling the App generally removes its app-private local data, subject to Android backup and device-management behavior.
4. TECHNICAL, NETWORK, AND DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION
The App and integrated software services may process technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve functionality, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, network status, IP address, playback error details, and limited diagnostic information. Some information may be processed by the media source, Android platform, advertising providers, or other third-party services rather than directly by us.
We do not claim to collect information that a particular build or enabled service does not actually collect.
5. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SDKS
The App may show advertising when enabled by its configuration. Depending on the installed version and remote configuration, it may integrate Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Appodeal, Unity LevelPlay, and Unity Ads. Not all networks necessarily operate at the same time. These providers and their mediation partners may process identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic signals for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization.
Advertising is subject to applicable consent choices, platform settings, provider policies, and local law. For details, consult the providers' privacy notices:

Ad providers may use cookies or similar identifiers where supported by the platform. We do not sell your IPTV login credentials to advertisers.
6. CONSENT AND YOUR ADVERTISING CHOICES
Where required, the App should request or obtain consent for personalized advertising and related processing through the applicable consent-management mechanism. You may be able to change consent choices through the App's privacy options, when available, or through your device's privacy and advertising settings. Withholding consent may result in non-personalized or limited ads where supported; it does not necessarily remove all ads.
We process information under the legal bases applicable to the particular activity and jurisdiction, which may include performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent where required.
7. REMOTE CONFIGURATION AND PROMOTIONAL CONTENT
The App may retrieve configuration from a remotely hosted JSON file to control features, ad placements, or app notices. Such requests may expose ordinary network information, including an IP address, to the hosting provider. The App may also display first-party promotional images or links when configured. Opening an external link takes you to a third-party service governed by its own privacy policy.
Important: If any remote configuration contains shared IPTV account credentials, those credentials may be visible to anyone with access to that configuration. Public hosting must not be treated as secure credential storage.
8. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
- Connect to and play streams that you choose.
- Remember settings and source connections on your device.
- Display available content categories, search results, playback controls, and subtitles.
- Deliver advertising when enabled, subject to applicable consent and settings.
- Diagnose errors, protect the App, and maintain compatibility.
- Meet legal requirements and respond to valid requests.
9. SHARING OF INFORMATION
Information may be processed by your chosen IPTV provider, advertising and mediation partners, remote configuration hosting providers, and platform or infrastructure services where needed for the features you use. We do not knowingly disclose your IPTV username or password to advertising partners. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
App-local playlists, source credentials, and preferences generally remain on your device until you remove the source, clear app data, or uninstall the App, subject to Android backup behavior. Third-party services may retain information under their own retention schedules. Where the App provides a remove-source or clear-data option, you may use it to delete the corresponding local records.
For questions or requests relating to information we control, contact us using the address below. We cannot directly delete data controlled by an independent IPTV provider or advertising partner.
11. SECURITY
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App, including Android app-private storage and encrypted credential storage where implemented. Streaming URLs, provider endpoints, and credentials may still be transmitted to your selected IPTV service to authenticate and play content. The security of a provider's server or an external playlist URL is outside our control.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not designed specifically for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law). We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided information that we control, please contact us so we can review the request. Parents and guardians should supervise access to third-party media sources.
13. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for appropriate safeguards under relevant privacy laws.
14. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Contact us for requests about information under our control; use the relevant provider's privacy process for information it controls.
15. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS
The App plays sources supplied or selected by users. We do not verify the legality, availability, safety, or privacy practices of every external playlist, channel, website, or streaming provider. Users are responsible for accessing content they are authorized to use. External services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App, its third-party SDKs, applicable laws, or our practices. We will update the effective date when we publish a revised version. Material changes may be communicated through the App or another appropriate channel where required.
