Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Stack Tower is designed with privacy as the default. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information. If anything is unclear, email nicholas_harryy@icloud.com.
The short version
Stack Tower does not collect, store, share, or sell any personal data. The game works entirely offline. There are no accounts to create, no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs that phone home. What happens on your device stays on your device.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera input, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, or any other personal information. We do not use cookies, web beacons, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology.
Information stored only on your device
The app saves a small amount of data locally on your iPhone or iPad so your progress is remembered between sessions. This data never leaves your device. It includes your best scores for each game mode, total blocks stacked, perfect-stack count, longest combo, daily streak, unlocked achievements, and your settings preferences (sound, music, haptics, particles, screen shake). You can erase all of this at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Apple Game Center on your device, Stack Tower can submit your scores to Apple's leaderboards and report your achievements. This is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own privacy terms. Stack Tower never sees your real name, email, or Apple ID — only the anonymous Game Center player identifier that Apple provides. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Game Center on your device, and Stack Tower will continue to work normally. For more information on how Apple handles Game Center data, see https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy.
Children's privacy
Stack Tower is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and there is no way for any child's information to reach us. The app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.
Third-party services
Stack Tower does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporters, social media SDKs, or cloud backends. The only external service the app can communicate with is Apple's Game Center, and only if you have it enabled on your device.
Your rights
Because we do not collect or store your personal data anywhere outside your own device, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on our end. You are always in full control of your data — deleting the app removes everything. If you have questions about your rights under GDPR, CCPA, or any other privacy law, email nicholas_harryy@icloud.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes in a way that affects what the app does with your data, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and note the change in the app's release notes. Because Stack Tower collects no personal data today, any future change would most likely be to add clarifying language, not to expand data collection.
