Habit Flow ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by Adventus Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Habit Flow mobile application.
Information We Collect
Habit Flow stores data locally on your device, including: • Habit names, icons, colors, and schedules you create • Habit completion logs and streak history • Pomodoro session records • App preferences such as theme, notification, and sound settings
We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data to third parties. All habit and usage data remains on your device unless you choose to export it.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Habit Flow uses local notifications and Work Manager to alert you about incomplete habits, pomodoro sessions, and streak milestones. Notification permission is requested only when needed on supported Android versions.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a local Room database and Datastore preferences on your device. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
Data Export and Deletion
You may export your data to CSV from Settings at any time. You may also clear all app data from Settings, which permanently deletes habits, logs, and preferences stored on your device.
Children's Privacy
Habit Flow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
