FocusFlow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Pomodoro timer application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
FocusFlow is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require user accounts and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only: • Pomodoro session records (start time, duration, session type) • User preferences (timer durations, sound settings, theme preference) • App state flags (first launch, terms acceptance)
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect, store, or transmit: • Personal identification information • Location data • Contacts or calendar data • Usage analytics or tracking data • Advertising identifiers • Device identifiers for tracking purposes.
3. DATA STORAGE
All data is stored locally on your device using Android Room database and Data Store. Data is not transmitted to external servers. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.
4. PERMISSIONS
Focus Flow requests only the following permissions: • FOREGROUND SERVICE: To run the timer in the background with a visible notification • VIBRATE: To provide haptic feedback when sessions complete • POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To display timer progress notifications (Android 13+)
We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or any other sensitive permissions.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Future in-app purchases will be processed entirely through Google Play Billing, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Focus Flow does not knowinglv collect information from children under 13. The App is suitable for general audience.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect locally stored data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information. You can delete all App data by clearing the App's storage in Android Settings or by uninstalling the App.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the App or Google Play listing.
