It also applies to other apps from the same developer where the respective app refers to this Privacy Policy.

3. General Information About Data Processing
The protection of your personal data is important to me.
The apps are designed to be used without registration and without creating a user account.
I do not collect, store, analyse or receive personal data from users through the apps.
The apps are generally used and operated locally on the user’s device.
4. Local Processing
Within the apps, users may create, edit, save, import or export content, projects, settings or files.
This data is generally processed locally on the user’s device.
The content and settings are not automatically transmitted to me.
I have no access to locally stored content and cannot view or restore it.
The user is responsible for backing up locally stored content.
5. No Registration or User Account
Registration is not required to use the apps.
The apps do not provide user accounts.
Therefore, I do not collect or process login information, names, passwords or personal user profiles.
6. No Analytics or Tracking
The apps do not use analytics tools or tracking technologies.
I do not create user profiles.
The behaviour of individual users within the apps is not analysed.
7. No Advertising
The apps currently do not contain advertisements.
No advertising networks are integrated.
Personal data is not processed or shared for advertising purposes.
8. App Permissions
Depending on the functions of an app, access to certain device features or storage areas may be required.
This may be necessary, for example, to select, edit, save, import or export content.
Requested permissions are used only for the relevant app function.
Using a device permission does not automatically transmit content to me.
Permissions can be changed or withdrawn at any time in the device settings.
After a permission has been withdrawn, certain app functions may no longer be available or may only be available to a limited extent.
9. External Services and Third Parties
The apps do not transmit personal data to analytics providers, advertising providers or other external service providers.
I do not operate servers for storing users’ personal data.
Where Google or the operator of the relevant app store processes data independently of the apps, this processing is carried out under the responsibility of the respective provider.
This may include downloading the app, providing updates, performing security checks or managing the Google Play account.
I do not have full control over this processing.
The privacy policies of the respective platform providers apply.
10. Storage Period and Deletion
Since no personal user data is transmitted to me or stored on my own servers, I do not permanently store such user data.
Locally stored content and settings remain on the user’s device.
Users may delete or overwrite this content at any time or remove it by uninstalling the app.
Depending on the operating system and device settings, content may also be stored by a backup service selected by the user.
I have no control over such backup processes.
11. Sharing of Data
I do not share personal user data with third parties.
No corresponding personal data is transmitted to me through the apps.
12. International Data Transfers
I do not transfer personal user data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Independent data processing by Google, the device manufacturer, the operating system or the app store may remain unaffected by this.
13. Data Security
The apps are designed so that content and settings are generally processed locally on the user’s device.
The security of the device, operating system, local files and any configured backups is partly outside my control.
Users should protect their devices through appropriate measures.
This includes using current operating system versions, secure device locks and regular backups of important content.
14. User Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, users may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection.
Since no personal user data is transmitted to me, I may not be able to identify a person or assign specific data to them.

15. Right to Lodge a Complaint
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if they believe that their personal data has been processed unlawfully.
16. Children and Young People
The apps are not designed to collect personal data from children.
Since I do not collect personal user data, personal data from children is not intentionally stored, analysed or used for advertising purposes.
17. Automated Decision Making
No automated decision making or profiling takes place.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the functions of the apps, technical components or legal requirements change.
