BugLens (“We”) respects the privacy of your personal information and is committed to protecting it and usings it solely for the purpose for which it was collected. The objective of this privacy policy (the “Policy”) is to inform you of our privacy practises. We wish to provide you with information on why and how we collect your personal information and on how it is kept and used. Please read the policy carefully. By using our Software (“Apps, Games”) you are agreeing with the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy please do not use our Apps.
1. SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Service for the Application and includes any separate privacy notices and/or notices posted on particular pages of the Application that may provide more detail regarding the information we collect on those pages, why we need that information, and choices you may have about the ways we use that information. No matter where your information is collected, used, transferred or stored, if it was collected through the Application, it will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. GENERAL
Regarding the Services: ( “we”, “us” or “our”) is the Data Controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). This privacy policy shall inform you on how we collect, process and use (“Use”) personal data in connection with the Services.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT, PROCESS AND USE
There are several categories of information that can be processed.
Functional Information
We ask for and process the following personal information when you use the App. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us. Without such information it is impossible to provide complete functionality of the App and perform the requested services.
User profile If you are a user of the Application, creating a user profile is optional. If you register for a user account with the Application, we may collect certain information such as your e-mail address, username, and password. You can also use your social media login (such as signing in with Apple, Google, or Facebook) to register with us. Note, however, that we do not collect information from your social media account.
Activity Information directly related to your use of the App. After you set the relevant settings on your device we may have technical access to your camera or camera roll - to analyze the picture that you take or upload through the App. However, we cannot collect, store or use the data contained in your camera roll unless you upload or otherwise share them.
User Content We will collect any user content you create, share, or post to the Application, which may include information contained in your user account, as well as photos or other image files and associated metadata. Please note that other users of the Application may be able to download and extract any images shared publicly on the Application.
Authorization information. If you choose to register/login for using specific functions of the App you may be required to enter your Google, Facebook or Apple ID. However, we do neither store your credentials, nor transfer them to third parties.
Contact Information (name, e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the email) You may fill it in by yourself when you contact us via email, support, or feedback form.
Contribute your observations An observation contains the same data as a query (image(s), date and time). As for queries, shared observations might be used as part of research work.
Information That Is Processed Automatically
When you use the App, some information about your device and your user behaviour may be processed automatically. This information is generally non-personal, i.e. it does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual, and we may access it only in aggregated form. We process this information on the ground of our legitimate interest in improving our App and giving our users the best experience. If we do not access such data we may not be able to provide you with all the features of the App.
We use third-party automatic data processing technologies to analyze certain information sent by your device via our App (advertising or analytics tools). Some of them launch automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, which means any form of automated processing of personal data used to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to you, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning your personal preferences, interests, behavior, location or movements (see the list of data described below). Processing information through automatic data processing technologies starts automatically when you first time launch the App.
Device and Internet Usage. If you download the Application, we may collect information from your device, including identifiers to help us identify your device’s hardware and operating system. Device information may be accessed using industry standard identifiers such as those approved by your device operating system manufacturer.
Information about the applications. Name, version, properties of our App can be reported for automated processing and analyzes. Some services also record the list of applications and/or processes which are installed or run on your device.
Cookies and similar technologies. When you use the App, cookies and similar technologies may be used (pixels, web beacons, scripts). A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information which is downloaded to your device when you access the App. The text file is then sent back to the server each time you use the App. This enables us to operate the App more effectively. For example, we will know how many users access a specific areas or features within our App and which links or ads they clicked on. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our App is used, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are of interest to you. We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to the App, which may use cookies or similar technologies.
Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported each time you make a request to access the App. It can also be provided when the App is installed on your device. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record certain log file information, including time and date when you start and stop using the App, and how you interact with the App.
Ad-related information. The following data might be reported about the ads you can view: the date and time a particular ad is served; a record if that ad was “clicked” or if it was shown as a “conversion” event; what the ad offer is about; what type of ad it is (e.g., text, image, or video); which ad placement is involved (where the ad offer is displayed within the App); whether you respond to the ad.
In-app events. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record your activity information (taps, scrolls, screens you visited in the App, tutorial steps, levelling up, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, progression events, method of limiting the processing of user data).
Information provided automatically to advertising or analytics tools does not generally come to our control, therefore we cannot be responsible for processing such information. Please mind that some services are engaged in personal data profiling and may obtain information related to your personality and/or your device by using technologies that do not belong to our scope of responsibility. In case when your user ID is linked to your Facebook account, Facebook may use your device information in association with categorized data that were already recorded in its databases (eg. your age, gender or other demographic indication). We do not control, supervise or stand surety for how the third parties process your personal data that might be collected by their own means (not through our App). Any information request regarding the disclosure of your personal information should be directed to such third parties (see Section 4).
Payment Information
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). Our e-commerce provider (Apple / Google) is responsible for billing, processing and charging for the in-app purchases, handles your personal information and keeps it absolutely safe and secure. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
BugLens uses the collected data for various purposes:
To perform Our Services.
To help us develop, deliver, test and improve the Application.
To provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include sending you promotional messages, marketing, advertising and other information that may be of interest to you
To provide customer support
To detect, prevent and address technical issues
To prevent fraud and spam, to enforce the law.
If any new purposes for processing your personal data arise we will let you know we start to process information on that other purpose by introducing the corresponding changes to this Privacy policy.
4. INFORMATION SHARING TO THIRD PARTY
Third-Party Service Providers
We use a variety of third-party service providers to help us provide the Application including business analytics, marketing, and other services. These providers have limited access to your information, including in some instances User Content, to perform these tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to use it consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We will not rent or sell your personal data to any third parties, but we may share your information from tools like log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App. We do not control or influence these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.
Third-Party Advertising Network
We may share or disclose non-personally identifiable information, aggregated, usage information, geolocation information or device-level information (such as anonymous usage data, platform types, number of clicks, location data, etc.) with unaffiliated partners and third parties (e.g., advertising networks) that wish to market products. You can control or disable the use of location services for the Application in the device’s settings menu. See Section 5 “Your Choices About Your Information” of this Privacy Policy for further instructions.
We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information allows third-party ad networks, inter alia, to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
We want you to be in control of your information and be aware of your privacy rights, so here are a few key points to remember. Depending on your location you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to how we use your personal information:
Access: you may request access to your personal information and receive copies of it;
Correction: you may have inaccurate/incomplete personal information corrected and updated;
Object to, or Limit or Restrict, Use of Data: you can ask us to stop using all or some of your personal information or to limit our use of it.
Deletion: in certain circumstances, you can request a right “to be forgotten” (this is a right to have your information deleted or our use of your data restricted). We will honour such requests unless we have to retain this information to comply with a legal obligation or unless we have an overriding interest to retain it.
Portability: in certain circumstances, exercise the right to data portability (this is a right to obtain a transferable version of your personal information to transfer to another provider)
Consent Management: where we rely on consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw consent at any time. You do not have to provide a reason for your withdrawal where processing is based on consent.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or wish to object to our use of your information, please write to us at the address listed below and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws.
Keep in mind, we may reject requests for certain reasons, including if the request is unlawful or if it may infringe on the rights and freedoms of another person. For example, we may not be able to accommodate certain requests to object to the processing of personal information, notably where such requests would not allow us to provide our service to you anymore.
For your protection, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can answer the above requests.
Device permissions. Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as camera and microphone as well as push notifications. Where applicable, you can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
Uninstall. You can stop all information collection by an app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device. If you uninstall the app from your mobile device, the unique identifier associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you re-install the application on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions and activities.
California residents may request certain information about our disclosure of personal data during the prior calendar year to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share your personal data with third parties or corporate affiliates for their direct marketing purposes.
6. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION
Account Information
You may update or correct information you have provided to us by going into the User Account settings screen within the Application. If you wish to deactivate your account, please delete the Application, but note that we may retain your information as required by law and for business purposes.
Promotional Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, please note that we may still send you Application-related communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Opting Out of Interest-Based Advertising Services
You may opt-out from any interest-based advertising by turning on “Limit Ad Tracking” in your device settings.

When you have opted out of using this setting on a device, advertisers will not use in-Application information collected from that device to infer your interests or serve ads to that device that are targeted based on your inferred interests. Please note, however, that opting-out will not block general advertisements that are sent at random, and not tied to the perceived interest of the User of a particular device.

Control or Disable the Collection of Geolocation Information
We do not collect geolocation information from you unless we obtain your explicit consent through your device’s settings menu. You can also control the collection of certain precise location information by changing the preferences on your mobile device (but certain services may lose functionality as a result).
Push Notifications
We may send push notifications to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings within the Application or your device settings.
Profile information
You may view, update, or edit the information (profile picture, nickname that you have provided to the company in the application
If you no longer wish to use the service, you may withdraw from the service and delete your account.
