Local Storage: All financial records, budget entries, categories, transactions, attachments, and local backup files (.zip archives containing backup.json) created within the App are stored strictly on your local device.
No External Server Transfer: We do not collect, transmit, store, or process your personal financial data on any external servers. Your data remains entirely under your control on your mobile device.
Third-Party Services & Advertising
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for ad-serving and analytics purposes.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We use Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements within the App. Google AdMob may collect and process certain device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, crash logs, and app performance data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

2. Device Permissions
To provide its core functionality, the App may request access to the following device features:
Storage Access / File System: Required to create, save, and restore local data backups (.zip files) and to export financial reports in PDF format to your device's memory.
Notifications: Required to deliver local reminder alerts and notifications configured by you within the App. Notifications are generated locally on your device and are not managed by a remote push server.
3. Data Retention and Security
Data Ownership: Since all app data resides locally on your device, you retain full ownership and control over your data.
Data Security: We recommend protecting your device with a passcode or biometric security. Backup files saved to your local storage or shared manually are your responsibility to keep secure.
Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data, unless you have created a separate local backup file.
4. Children's Privacy
Budget 980 is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
