Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Lite 01 Game is an offline mini-game collection (Tetris and 2048).

- **No account**: there is no sign-up, sign-in, profile or user ID.

- **No ads**: the App displays no advertising and integrates no advertising SDK.

- **We collect**: device identifiers (advertising ID, Android ID, Firebase Installation ID and, in limited cases, the Facebook anonymous device ID), basic device/system information, and in-game events — used for analytics and attribution.

- **We do not collect**: your name, phone number, email address, contacts, messages, location, photos, camera, microphone or any payment information.

- **Your controls**: you can reset or disable the advertising ID in Android settings, clear local data in the App's Settings page, or uninstall the App at any time.

The rest of this policy explains these points in detail.

2. Who we are

The App is provided by [TO BE FILLED: developer name] ("we", "us", "our"), who acts as the **data controller** for the processing described here. You can reach us using the details in section 17.

 3. Information we collect and why

| # | Category | What exactly | Purpose | When / how | Required? |

| 1 | Device identifier | Advertising ID and its "limit ad tracking" status | Device identification, analytics, channel attribution | Read via the Google Play services API during startup initialisation | Yes (analytics) |

| 2 | Device identifier | Android ID | Fallback device identifier when the advertising ID is unavailable or has been reset | As above | Yes (analytics) |

| 3 | Device identifier | Firebase Installation ID | Analytics and device identification | Generated and read by the Firebase SDK | Yes (analytics) |

| 4 | Device identifier | Facebook anonymous device ID (`fbanonid`) | Ad attribution and analytics | **Only** after the configuration service has supplied a Facebook app ID and client token and the SDK initialises successfully | No — not collected otherwise |

| 5 | Device & system information | App version, OS version, API level, OS codename, OS incremental build, device manufacturer, package name, system language, timestamp | API compatibility, device/OS adaptation, troubleshooting, analytics | Sent as request parameters or headers when the App contacts our service | Yes |

| 6 | In-app activity | App start, splash completion (including a "degraded" flag), game start, game over, game win, lines cleared, score, difficulty level | Analytics and product improvement | Reported by the App and the game pages when the corresponding action occurs | Yes (analytics) |

| 7 | App settings | Sound on/off, vibration on/off, default difficulty | Remembering your preferences | Stored on your device only | No |

| 8 | Configuration cache | Identifier and token issued by our configuration service (`fbid` / `token`) and the cache timestamp | Avoiding a repeated configuration request on every launch | Stored on your device only | No |

**Note on the configuration service**: in the current version the configuration request is disabled (the App runs fully offline), so no data is sent to our service. Parameter row 5 describes what would be sent if the request is enabled in a future version.

**Note on remote web content**: the current version loads only pages bundled inside the App and fetches no remote web page. If a future version enables remote web content, the App would append the parameters listed in row 1–5 (including the device identifiers) to the web entry URL; this policy and the in-app notice would be updated before that happens.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, request or access: name, phone number, email address, government identifiers, biometric data, contacts, SMS or call logs, precise or approximate location, photos or media, microphone, camera, calendar, clipboard, installed-app list, account credentials or payment information.

4. Device identifiers and advertising

- The App contains **no advertising** and performs no personalised advertising.

- The advertising ID is used only for **device identification, analytics and attribution**.

- You can reset or disable it in Android settings (typically: **Settings → Privacy / Security → Ads → Delete or reset advertising ID**, or "Limit ad tracking"). If you disable it, the App falls back to the Android ID; this does **not** affect any game feature.

- Because the App has no advertising SDK, your advertising ID is not used to build advertising profiles by us. It is nevertheless shared with the third-party SDKs listed in section 6 as part of their normal analytics/attribution operation.

5. Permissions

| Permission | Purpose | When |

| `android.permission.INTERNET` | Reporting analytics and contacting our configuration service | Granted at install (normal permission) |

| `android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE` | Checking network availability for retry and error messages | Granted at install (normal permission) |

| `android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE` | Declared only alongside the network-state check; the App **does not read** any Wi-Fi information | Granted at install (normal permission) |

| `com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID` | Reading the advertising ID for device identification and analytics | Granted at install (normal permission) |

| `android.permission.VIBRATE` | Haptic feedback for key in-game actions | Granted at install (normal permission) |

The App does **not** request storage, location, camera, microphone, contacts, telephone or Bluetooth permissions, and does **not** request `WAKE_LOCK` (keeping the screen on during gameplay is implemented with a window flag, not a wake lock).

 6. Third-party SDKs

The App integrates the following SDKs. Each one processes information under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller or as our processor depending on the service.

| SDK | Provider | Information processed | Purpose | Privacy policy |

| Firebase Analytics | Google LLC | Installation ID, device and system information (device model, OS version, language, etc.), in-app events and usage data | Analytics and product improvement | https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy |

| Firebase Installations | Google LLC | Installation ID | Creating and maintaining the app installation identifier | https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy |

| Facebook SDK (Meta App Events) | Meta Platforms, Inc. | Anonymous device ID, in-app events, advertising ID (the SDK enables automatic event logging and advertising-ID collection by default) | Advertising attribution and measurement | https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy |

| Google Play services (Advertising ID / Tasks) | Google LLC | Advertising ID and its limit-tracking status | Reading the device identifier | https://policies.google.com/privacy |

**About the Facebook SDK**: it initialises only after our configuration service supplies a valid app ID and client token. Once initialised, the SDK automatically reports app events and, under its default settings, collects the advertising ID for attribution and measurement. If you do not want this processing, you can limit the advertising ID as described in section 4, or stop using the App.

**Other dependencies**: all remaining dependencies (AndroidX, Jetpack, OkHttp, Retrofit, Hilt, Material Components, Timber, kotlinx.serialization and similar) are general-purpose libraries that do not collect personal information. The App integrates **no** advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, push-notification SDK or third-party attribution SDK.

7. Legal bases for processing

We process the information described above on the basis of our **legitimate interests** in operating, measuring, securing and improving the App, balanced against your rights. Instead of collecting prior consent, we rely on the choices described in section 4 (limit ad tracking), section 10 (clear local data / uninstall) and section 12 (rights and objection).

Because some jurisdictions require prior consent before device identifiers may be accessed, we do **not** offer the App in those jurisdictions (see the regional scope at the top of this policy).

8. Sharing and disclosure

1. We **do not sell** your personal information, and we do not share it for monetary consideration.

2. We share information only with the SDK providers listed in section 6, and only to the extent needed for the purposes described in this policy. Where an SDK provider uses the information for its own purposes (for example, Meta for ad measurement), that provider acts as an independent controller under its own policy.

3. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public, to the extent permitted by law.

4. If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; the receiving party will remain bound by this policy.

9. International transfers

Our SDK providers (Google and Meta) operate globally, and their servers may be located outside your country or region. As a result, the information described above may be transferred to and processed in other countries. These providers state that they apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers; please consult their privacy policies (section 6) for details.

10. Retention

- **On your device**: app settings and the configuration cache are kept until you use "Clear local data" in the App's Settings page or uninstall the App.

- **Analytics data**: retained by the SDK providers according to their own retention settings and policies; we do not maintain a separate copy on our own servers.

- **Support requests**: if you contact us, we keep your message and contact details only as long as needed to handle the request.

11. Security

1. Data transmitted between the App and servers uses **HTTPS**; cleartext traffic is disabled in the App.

2. Release builds emit **no** debug logs containing device identifiers or configuration values; such logging exists only in development builds.

3. Local data is stored in the App's private directory, protected by the Android app sandbox.

4. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure; please also protect your device with a passcode.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

| Right | How to exercise it |

| Access / information | Contact us; because the App has no account, we can only confirm the limited processing described here |

| Rectification | The App's settings (sound, vibration, default difficulty) can be corrected on the Settings page |

| Erasure | **Settings → Clear local data** removes everything stored on your device; **uninstall** removes all App data |

| Restrict or object to processing | Contact us, or limit the advertising ID in Android settings |

| Object to processing / withdraw consent | Contact us, or limit the advertising ID in Android settings. We do not rely on consent for the processing described in this policy; if you believe consent applies to you, tell us and we will stop the relevant processing |

| Data portability | The App stores only local settings; contact us if you want a copy of what we hold |

| Non-discrimination | You will not be denied any game feature for exercising these rights |

| Lodge a complaint | You may complain to your local data protection or consumer protection authority, or contact us first — we would prefer the chance to resolve it |

The App has **no account system**, so there is no account to delete; uninstalling the App and clearing local data is the complete deletion path.

We respond to requests within **30 days**. We may need to verify your request; since we hold almost no identifiable information, we may not be able to locate any data related to you, and we will tell you if that is the case.

13. Children

The App is a casual game that is **not directed to children under 13**, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the App and provided information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you distribute to families or children in your own store listing, additional obligations may apply.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will publish the new version, update the "Last updated" date above, and — if the change is material (for example a new category of data or a new SDK) — provide a prominent notice in the App before the change takes effect.

15. Do Not Track / limit tracking signals

Because the App has no advertising, it does not run cross-context behavioural advertising. Where your device provides a "Limit ad tracking" setting, the App honours it by falling back to the Android ID for analytics.
