This Privacy Policy applies to the XO Impossible - Tic Tac Toe mobile application (the “Application”), available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The Application is published by DoubleTap Team on Google Play and by Veroj Wichaiatcha on the Apple App Store (collectively referred to as the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided “AS IS.” The Application is an offline Tic-Tac-Toe (XO) game that can be played against an AI/bot or with two players on the same device.
The Application is designed to work without requiring personal information.
The Application may collect certain non-personal information automatically for basic functionality and stability, such as:
Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address (if network access is used by the operating system or third-party SDKs)
App screens you view and the time/date of access
Time spent in the Application
Device operating system and version
Crash logs and performance diagnostics (non-identifying)
The Application does not collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

This data is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to the Service Provider.

If your version of the Application does not use any analytics or advertising SDKs, the Service Provider does not receive personal data from third parties.

With trusted service providers who assist in operating the Application, under confidentiality obligations
The Service Provider does not sell user data.
You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application.
You may also remove local app data using your device settings (e.g., “Clear Data” / “Clear Storage”).
The Service Provider retains non-personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy (e.g., diagnostics and improvements).
Local data stored on your device remains until you delete the Application or clear the Application data.
