Storage Space Manager (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the App") prioritizes user privacy protection. This Privacy Policy clearly explains our rules for collecting, using and safeguarding user data, aiming to deliver open and transparent service experience.
We only gather data that is indispensable for supporting the App’s core functions and improving daily use experience.
When you send us feedback or seek customer support voluntarily, we may collect your email address and any other content you actively provide to assist with solving your inquiries.
We collect non-sensitive technical information such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier including Android ID, system language and time zone. These data are used solely to ensure the App’s compatibility and normal running on different devices.
We record the frequency of feature usage, page browsing records and application crash logs. Such data helps us understand user usage habits and troubleshoot existing functional issues.
To deliver storage arrangement services, the App needs access to your device Storage to identify temporary files, cached data, duplicate items and large-size files. We will never upload your private photos, videos or personal documents to any remote server.
To support device security detection and risk identification functions, we obtain the list of applications installed on your device. Combined with professional security SDK services, we analyze application package names, version information and file hash values to identify potential risky programs. All security analysis processes focus only on safety risk judgment, and we will not collect or store any user personal identity information in this process.
Service Provision: Execute Storage sorting, file classification, space arrangement and device security detection functions you need.
Product Improvement: Troubleshoot technical anomalies, conduct user habit research and optimize existing functional logic and security identification capabilities.
User Support & Notification: Respond to your feedback and inquiries, and send necessary service reminders related to the App.
The App only applies for device permissions related to Storage access and application list query when required by specific functions. You have the right to grant or withdraw relevant permissions anytime through your device system settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit part of the Storage arrangement and security detection features of the App.
We will never sell any of your personal data to external parties. We only share user information under the following limited circumstances:
Authorized Service Partners: We cooperate with trusted third-party platforms including professional security SDK providers, Firebase and Google Analytics, who process data strictly in accordance with our requirements and privacy rules.
Legal Requirements: When required by laws, legal subpoenas, or for protecting the legitimate rights and safety of users and the public.
Business Transfer: In case of merger, acquisition or business transfer, your data will still be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless further notice is given.
Data Protection: We adopt standard industry security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access and leakage.
Data Retention: We only keep usage logs for a reasonable period necessary for service improvement. File data and app information processed locally during storage arrangement and security scanning will not be permanently stored on our servers, and only kept temporarily for real-time processing.
Access and Inquiry: You have the right to consult details of the data we retain related to you.
Data Deletion: You may contact us to apply for deleting your relevant personal information. Uninstalling the App will also clear local cached data generated by the application.
Opt-out Option: You can disable personalized advertising and data tracking through your device’s Google system settings.
This App is not designed for users under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect any information from underage users. If we accidentally obtain relevant minor data, we will delete it immediately once discovered.
We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally to adapt to regulatory changes or App function adjustments. We will update the effective date at the top of the page, and material changes will be notified via in-app reminders. Continued use of the App means your recognition of the revised policy.
