This document establishes the data processing architecture for our Smart PDF Manager (the "App"). We operate under a "privacy-by-design" framework, meaning we prioritize local device processing over server-side data collection.
Because this App functions as a local productivity utility (scanning, viewing, converting, and editing PDFs), your files are treated with absolute confidentiality.
We do not upload your PDFs, scanned images, or converted text to external cloud servers. All document modifications, and format switching happen directly on your smartphone.
To keep the App stable and ensure features like PDF rendering work across different Android configurations, our system logs minimal technical data during active sessions:
We look at basic hardware metrics including your phone's manufacturer, operating system version, internal architecture capability, and screen resolution. This ensures the PDF reader displays text and graphics correctly on your screen layout.
When an unexpected system crash or file corruption error occurs, a localized diagnostic report is generated. This report contains your device's unique identifier (e.g., Android ID), IP address, and technical details surrounding the error, allowing our development team to deploy bug fixes.
We monitor aggregate usage habits, such as how often the conversion tool is used versus the annotation brush. This numerical data is entirely anonymous and cannot be traced back to an individual user.
To support continuous development and app monetization, we integrate safe, industry-standard third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These external partners collect data independently under their own privacy protocols to serve relevant ads and track app stability:
Google Play Services & AdMob: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase / Google Analytics: https://firebase.google.com/terms
Facebook Audience Network: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy
You maintain comprehensive authority over your local environment:
Permission Revocation: You can toggle off the App's access to your device camera or internal storage at any time via your smartphone’s system settings. Doing so will simply pause the scanning or file-loading features.
Ad-Tracking Opt-Out: You can reset or opt out of personalized cross-context behavioral advertising through your device's native privacy controls (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Data Purging upon Uninstallation: Deleting the application from your phone permanently erases all temporary caches, local document histories, and diagnostic logs instantly.
We apply modern encryption protocols to handle application logs and technical data. However, since your actual document content remains stored strictly within your personal phone hardware, the overall safety of your PDF library also relies on your personal device security settings (such as screen locks and passcode protection).
We do not knowingly interact with or gather technical data from individuals under 13 years of age. If a parent or guardian discovers that a child has initiated app usage that transmits basic device data, please contact us for immediate database extraction.
We reserve the right to modify this statement as global privacy regulations evolve. Any modifications will become active immediately once posted on this screen.
