This document establishes the data processing architecture for our Smart Clean Tools (the "App"). We operate under a "privacy-by-design" framework, meaning we prioritize local device processing over server-side data collection.
Because this App functions as a local productivity utility (scanning, organizing, and optimizing device storage), your files are treated with absolute confidentiality.
Zero Document Retention: We do not upload your personal files, storage directory structures, or cached media to external cloud servers. All system scanning, duplicate detection, and file management happen directly on your smartphone. Furthermore, the App utilizes a strict programmatic workflow where file modification or removal is exclusively user-triggered; no content is ever altered or deleted automatically without explicit confirmation. Any visual filtering or grouping of duplicate data or outsized downloads occurs entirely in your device's local runtime memory, remaining strictly private to you.
To keep the App stable and ensure features like storage indexing and cache sorting work across different Android configurations, our system logs minimal technical data during active sessions:
System Specifications: We look at basic hardware metrics including your phone's manufacturer, device model, operating system version, internal language settings, and screen resolution. This ensures the cleanup interface displays text and layouts correctly while processing data accurately within your local time zone.
Performance Logs: When an unexpected system crash, exception, or directory scanning error occurs, a localized diagnostic report is generated. This report contains your device's unique identifier (e.g., Android ID), internet network status (cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity), IP address, and technical error codes surrounding the interruption, allowing our development team to deploy stability patches.
Feature Analytics: We monitor aggregate usage habits, such as how often specific cleanup modules are launched or the cumulative volume of unneeded data discovered. This numerical data is entirely anonymous and cannot be traced back to an individual user.
To support continuous development and app monetization, we integrate safe, industry-standard third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These external partners collect data independently under their own privacy protocols to serve relevant ads and track app stability:
Google Play Services & AdMob Ad Systems: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase Analytical Tracking (Google): https://firebase.google.com/terms
Facebook Audience Network Integration: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy
You maintain comprehensive authority over your local environment:
Permission Revocation: You can toggle off the App's access to your internal storage at any time via your smartphone’s native system settings. Doing so will simply pause the local directory scanning or file optimization features.
Ad-Tracking Opt-Out: You can reset or opt out of personalized cross-context behavioral advertising through your device's native privacy controls (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Data Purging upon Uninstallation: Deleting the application from your phone permanently erases all temporary caches, localized scanning indexes, and diagnostic telemetry instantly from your hardware.
We apply modern encryption protocols to handle application logs and technical data. However, since your actual file content, system directories, and device media remain stored strictly within your personal phone hardware, the overall safety of your storage framework also relies on your personal device security settings (such as screen locks and passcode protection).
We do not knowingly interact with or gather technical data from individuals under 13 years of age. If a parent or guardian discovers that a child has initiated app usage that transmits basic device data or specifications to our logging endpoints, please contact us for immediate database extraction.
We reserve the right to modify this statement as global privacy regulations and developer mandate criteria evolve. Any modifications will become active immediately once posted on this screen.
