PRIVACY POLICY — SANADAY

This Privacy Policy explains how PSY LAB (“Sanaday”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Sanaday : Mental et bien-être application (the “App”).
WHAT SANADAY DOES
Sanaday provides wellness features such as: account login, journaling, mindfulness content, self-guided programs (questionnaires, exercises, and quizzes), an AI assistant chat, and appointment booking with psychologists including in-app audio/video calls, messaging, and file sharing.
Sanaday is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or considering self-harm, contact local emergency services immediately.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of data, as needed to provide the App and its features:
A. Contact Information (Coordonnées) — linked to you
• Name (Nom): the name or nickname you provide for your profile (it does not need to be your real name).
• Email address (Adresse e-mail).
• Phone number (Numéro de téléphone).
B. Identifiers (Identifiants) — linked to you
• User identifier (Identifiant de l’utilisateur): an internal account identifier used to operate the App (login, syncing your content, appointments, etc.).
• Device identifier (Identifiant de l’appareil): identifiers used to help operate the App reliably and securely (for example, keeping sessions stable, delivering notifications, preventing abuse, and supporting in-app calling/messaging features).
C. User Content (Contenu utilisateur) — linked to you
• Other user content (Autre contenu utilisateur): content you create or submit in the App, such as journal entries (title/mood/text), questionnaire answers, quiz results, program progress, AI-template answers, messages, and other text you submit.
• Photos or videos (Photos ou vidéos): only if you choose to upload or share them in the App (for example, in chat or file sharing).
D. Usage Data (Données d’utilisation) — not linked to you
• Product interaction (Interaction avec le produit): data about how users interact with the App (for example, app launches, screens viewed, taps/clicks, and general feature usage) collected for analytics purposes in a way that is not linked to your identity.
E. Diagnostics (Diagnostic) — not linked to you
• Crash data (Données sur les pannes): crash logs used to identify and fix issues.
• Performance data (Données de performance): technical performance metrics (for example, launch time, responsiveness, stability) used to maintain and improve reliability.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information for the following purposes:
A. App Functionality (Fonctionnalité de l’app)
• Create and manage your account.
• Provide core features (journaling, programs, AI templates, content access, booking, calls, chat, file sharing).
• Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and ensure service continuity.
B. Analytics (Analyses)
• Understand how the App is used (at an aggregate level).
• Monitor performance and stability, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.
We do not use the data described in this policy for third-party advertising or selling personal information.
AI FEATURES (SANADAY AI + AI JOURNAL TEMPLATES)
If you use AI features, the text you submit (and the context you choose to include) may be processed to generate responses or a journal draft.

• We will inform you and request consent before using any third-party AI service provider (if applicable).

CALLS, CHAT, AND FILE SHARING
In-app calls and real-time messaging may be provided using third-party service providers (e.g., communications SDKs). These providers may process technical identifiers and operational logs strictly to deliver the service (audio/video connectivity, message delivery, and reliability).
We do not record calls unless we clearly inform you and you explicitly enable or consent to recording.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information:
• With service providers that help us operate the App (hosting, communications/calls, push delivery, analytics/diagnostics, and customer support).
• With psychologists you book with, to enable appointments and in-app sessions (limited to what is needed to provide the service).
• If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the App.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal obligations and legitimate security needs.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent), and request portability or object to processing.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Sanaday is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.
