Welcome to Quick Clean Box. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal storage management journey remains secure. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide while using the App. We prioritize transparency, ensuring you understand exactly how your data is handled as you analyze, organize, and manage your device storage.
By using Quick Clean Box, you entrust us with certain information. We take this responsibility seriously, aiming to provide a secure environment whether you are inspecting local directories or interacting with our built-in protection features. We encourage you to read this document carefully.
The App is designed to provide a seamless storage management and utility experience. To maintain functionality and improve our services, we collect and process the following types of information:
User-Provided Information: While using the App, you may voluntarily provide information when contacting us for support. However, the App is designed to function without requiring personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number.
Storage & File Data (User-Triggered): To deliver diagnostic capabilities and file sorting services, the App evaluates structural characteristics, file sizes, and configurations of local storage materials (such as duplicate graphics, heavy attachments, and obsolete downloads). This content is processed locally to ensure your absolute privacy.
Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the App, including aggregate statistics on specific module usage (such as the frequency of directory diagnostics), session durations, and application launch frequencies.
Device Information: To ensure compatibility and accurate interface layout deployment, we collect technical details such as your hardware manufacturer, specific model specifications, underlying operating system version, screen resolution, active system language, and system parameters.
Unique Identifiers: Non-personal identifiers, such as advertising IDs or Android IDs, help us deliver relevant content and track app performance across different hardware configurations.
Log Data: Like most mobile apps, we collect log data (internet protocol (IP) addresses, runtime system anomalies, system activity logs, and software crash telemetry) to assist in debugging and maintaining app stability.
The data collected is utilized to provide a high-quality and reliable storage diagnostics and clearing experience:
Optimization & Performance: We use technical logs, exception diagnostics, and crash reports to rapidly deploy software hotfixes, troubleshoot background bugs, and ensure the App remains a reliable utility.
Feature Development: Usage patterns and module interaction metrics help us evaluate aggregate behaviors and understand which optimization adjustments are most valuable, allowing us to refine internal features.
Advertising & Marketing: Non-personal data and device-level identifiers may be shared with advertising partners to display relevant ads. This supports our ability to offer the App’s core features for free.
Security: We monitor data to prevent fraudulent activities, enforce a secure environment, detect mobile threats, and mitigate digital risks to protect the integrity of your local file environment.
Customer Support: If you reach out for help via feedback channels, your provided device info and contact email allow us to address technical reports and resolve inquiries effectively.
We do not sell your personal files, storage directories, or application records to third parties. Sharing occurs only in specific, limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We share non-personal data with trusted analytics providers and advertising networks to support app operations, monetization, ad placements, and telemetry reporting.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by a valid legal request from public authorities, regulatory frameworks, official court orders, or to protect the legitimate safety and rights of our users and the public.
Business Transfers: In case of a corporate reorganization, acquisition, or asset division, your technical data may be transitioned to the succeeding operational entity and will continue to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless further notification is provided.
GDPR (EU/EEA Residents): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
CCPA (California Residents): You have the right to know what data is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information (though we do not sell your data).
VCDPA (Virginia Residents): You have the right to confirm data processing, correct inaccuracies, and obtain a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at randomistiak@gmail.com
We utilize industry-standard services to support the App's functionality. These partners process device-level identifiers independently and are contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with their own privacy protocols:
Google Play Services & AdMob / Firebase: Google Privacy Policy
Meta Audience Network & Analytics: Meta Privacy Policy
AppLovin: AppLovin Privacy Policy
Trustlook Security SDK (Antivirus Engine): This integrated safety module audits your application inventory via static and behavioral evaluations (including software package names, version numbers, cryptographic signatures, and code hashes) to identify mobile threats. Trustlook Privacy Policy
Security: We employ rigorous technical safeguards, including encryption and structural precautions, to protect your device data from unauthorized access or leakage. However, please be aware that no electronic storage or network transmission method is 100% secure.
Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our optimization services. Aggregate analytical records and crash telemetry packets may be maintained for up to 12 months to monitor long-term performance trends. Private file evaluation paths and application scanning metrics run on an offline-first framework; they are processed locally on your physical hardware and are not permanently stored on our remote servers.
Permission Settings: The App requests permissions to access physical hardware storage or inspect your application list only when required by specific core tasks. You maintain the right to grant or withdraw these permissions at any time via your device's native system settings. Revoking these permissions may limit your ability to load storage materials or run malware scans.
Data Deletion: You may contact us to request the inspection or removal of your recorded technical metrics. Uninstalling the App from your mobile operating system will also clear local cached data, junk queues, and application logs instantly and permanently.
Opt-out Option: You can reset your Google Advertising ID (GAID), disable personalized advertising, and adjust cross-context data tracking configurations through your device’s system privacy menus.
Quick Clean Box is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information or parse technical logs from children under 13. If we discover that minor data or basic device specifications have been inadvertently received by our logging endpoints, we will purge it from our systems immediately.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to align with modified data protection mandates, developer guidelines, or app feature configurations. We will notify you of any material updates by posting the revised version within the App and updating the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the software implies your recognition of the revised policy.
