(Style Try ai – Hair & Outfit) (“we”, “us”, “our”) acts as the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We explain below how we collect, process, and use personal data in connection with the App.
To generate AI-based outfit try-on results, the App requires you to upload a photo.
This photo may contain your face or body.
“We analyze your photos to find the feature points of the faces in the photos (e.g., eyes, nose, mouth points) for face processing. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.”
“In order to generate the requested visual effect (hairstyle, outfit alignment, or editing result), we need to identify approximate feature points. These are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after the result is generated.”
“No face data or biometric identifiers are stored or retained. All processing occurs in memory only and is erased immediately after processing. No information is shared with third parties.”
We use your photo only for the purpose of generating the try-on effect.
The process is as follows:
You upload a photo through the App.
The photo is transmitted to our server in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS).
The server detects key feature points (such as body shape and face landmarks) to apply the selected clothing model.
The server generates the final result and sends it back to your App.
After the rendering is complete, both the original photo and the generated detection data are automatically deletedfrom our servers.
We do not perform identity recognition, matching, or create biometric identifiers.
We do not identify the person in the photo.
All analysis is used only to fit the selected clothing template.
We do not store your photos, face data, or body data after processing.
All data is deleted permanently after the rendering process.
We do not sell, share, or transfer photos or face data to third parties.
The App can be used without providing your name, email address, or any other personal information, except where explicitly required.
When you use the App, certain technical information may be transmitted by your device:
IP address
Device type (e.g., iPhone)
OS version
App usage time
Events inside the App (for analytics and improvements)
No face photos are transmitted to analytics.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: improving App performance).
If you contact our support team, we may store your message in order to resolve your request.
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Unused free trial time is lost when a paid subscription is activated.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
You can cancel or manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.
We may disclose data only if required by law (e.g., court or law enforcement requests).
The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across other apps or websites.
