## 1. Overview
Eid Magic (“we”, “our”, “the app”) helps you create AI-generated Eid greeting images. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
By downloading or using Eid Magic, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

## 3. Information we collect
### 3.1 Information you provide
- **Greeting text:** prompts, quotes, recipient names, and style choices you enter to create a card.
- **Optional display name** used in the app experience (if you choose to set one).
- **Support messages** if you email us.
We do **not** require an email address or password to use the core app. Sign-in uses **Firebase Anonymous Authentication** (a random user ID).
### 3.2 Information collected automatically
- **Account & device identifiers:** Firebase user ID, device identifiers, and a hashed device identifier used to manage daily token limits and prevent abuse.
- **App activity:** feature usage, generation events, and share actions (via Firebase Analytics).
- **Diagnostics:** crash reports and performance data (Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring).
- **Purchase history:** in-app purchases and subscriptions processed by Apple; we store purchase-related records needed to grant tokens and premium access.
- **Advertising data:** if you use ads or grant App Tracking Transparency on iOS, Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and ad interaction data.
- **Push tokens:** if you enable notifications, OneSignal receives a device push token and related subscription metadata.
### 3.3 Information we do not collect
- We do **not** require access to your contacts, photos library, or precise location for creating greeting cards.
- We do **not** sell your personal information.
*Note: Some third-party SDKs (such as OneSignal) may reference location-related APIs in their code. Eid Magic does not use your location to create cards. You may deny location permission if iOS prompts you.*

## 4. How we use your information
We use information to:
- Generate and deliver AI Eid greeting images you request.
- Manage **tokens**, daily limits, credits, and **subscriptions**.
- Show **rewarded ads** and verify ad rewards (where available).
- Send **optional push notifications** about product updates or reminders (if you opt in).
- Improve stability, security, and performance of the app.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.

## 5. AI processing (OpenAI and image services)
When you create a card:
1. Your text input is sent over **encrypted connections (TLS)** to our backend (Google Cloud / Firebase, including servers in the **EU** where configured).
2. Text may be **sanitized for safety** before processing.
3. Text and generation instructions are sent to **third-party AI providers** (such as **OpenAI** and, where configured, **Fal.ai**) **only** to generate your greeting image.
4. We **do not** use your prompts to train AI models.
5. We **do not** store your raw prompt text in Firebase after generation completes (server-side processing is transient for the request).
6. **Generated images** are stored **on your device** in “My Creations” unless you delete them. You control sharing via the system share sheet (e.g. WhatsApp, Messages).

## 6. Third-party services
We use trusted service providers, including:

## 7. Advertising and tracking (iOS)
Eid Magic is free to download and may show **Google AdMob** ads.
- On **iOS**, we may ask for permission under **App Tracking Transparency (ATT)** to use your device advertising identifier. If you decline, ads may still appear but may be less relevant.
- **Rewarded ad** grants (extra tokens) are validated on our servers; we do not grant paid rewards based only on client-side claims.
You can limit ad tracking in **Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking** on your iPhone.

## 8. In-app purchases and subscriptions
The app offers:
- **Consumable credit packs** (e.g. 10 or 30 tokens).
- **Auto-renewable subscriptions** (monthly and yearly premium plans).
Payments are handled by **Apple**. We do not receive your full payment card details. We receive product IDs and transaction information needed to unlock features in the app.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in **Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions** on your device.

## 9. Data retention
- **On your device:** creations remain until you delete them in the app.
- **On our servers:** account, token, and security logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, fraud prevention, billing integrity, and legal compliance.
- **Analytics and crash data:** retained according to Firebase/Google default retention periods.

## 10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
You can:
- **Delete local creations** in the app at any time.
- **Disable push notifications** in iOS Settings or when prompted in the app.
- **Decline ad tracking** on iOS (ATT).
- **Request account or server log deletion** by emailing **eidmagicapp@gmail.com** with your request. We may need your Firebase anonymous user ID or purchase details to locate records.
We will respond within a reasonable time.

## 11. Children
Eid Magic is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

## 12. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS/TLS, Firebase security rules, and server-side validation for purchases and ad rewards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate (including the United States and the European Union). We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.
