Additionally, through third-party services (such as Google Firebase or similar), certain information may be collected automatically, including:

- Device information (e.g., device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- Usage data and logs (e.g., for authentication and app performance)
Important: We do not collect or access your location data (GPS or otherwise). We also do not collect payment details directly (e.g., card numbers). Payments are handled externally via services like Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, according to their own policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for:
- Creating and managing your user account
- Processing orders and coordinating delivery from licensed pharmacies
- Verifying prescriptions (uploaded images are used only to confirm eligibility with the pharmacy)
- Improving app functionality and user experience
- Sending order-related notifications (if you consent)
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
3. Data Storage and Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use trusted third-party services (e.g., Google Firebase) for secure storage with encryption.
- Prescription images are shared only with the relevant licensed pharmacy for verification and are automatically deleted after order processing (typically within 30 days) or upon your request.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share data only with:
- Licensed partner pharmacies (for order fulfillment, prescription verification, and delivery)
- External payment providers (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay) to complete transactions
- Third-party services for core app functions (e.g., Firebase for storage and notifications, per Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy)
We may disclose data if required by law or authorities.
5. Data Deletion and User Rights
You have full control over your data and can:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information
- Delete your account and all associated data directly in the app
- Request deletion of prescription images or order history
Once deleted, data is permanently removed from our systems and third-party providers (subject to legal retention requirements).
You also have the right to:
- Withdraw consent for notifications at any time
- Stop using the app anytime
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
