2. Information We Do Not Collect

To protect your privacy, the App does not collect, process, or store any personal information about you, including but not limited to:

3. Local Data Generated by the App

All data created through your use of the App remains exclusively on your device. This locally stored data includes:

3.1 Photos with Watermarks

When you take photos using the App, the images (with embedded time watermarks) are saved to two possible locations on your device:

- App-Specific Sandbox: By default, photos are stored in the App's private storage directory (Android: /Android/data/com.xx.x/files; iOS: Documents directory). This data is only accessible to the App and is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App.

- Device Gallery (Optional): If you explicitly enable the "Sync to Gallery" feature, photos will be copied to your device's system gallery. This requires your prior consent to the "Storage" permission, and you can revoke or manage this permission at any time through your device settings.

All photos are named using the format "TSC_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.jpg" to avoid duplication, and the embedded watermark is part of the image file (not a removable overlay).

3.2 Custom Settings and Presets

Your personalized App settings (e.g., watermark format, font style, position presets, countdown preferences) are stored locally using your device's shared preferences. This data is minimal, non-identifiable, and used solely to maintain your App experience between sessions.

3.3 EXIF Data Management

To enhance your privacy, the App includes an optional feature to automatically remove sensitive EXIF metadata (e.g., GPS location, device model, camera parameters) from photos. This feature is enabled by default, and you can toggle it on/off in the App's "Privacy Settings" menu.

4. Permissions

The App only requests permissions necessary to fulfill its core functionality, in compliance with Google Play's Permission Policy. We do not request unnecessary permissions.

Permissions are requested only when you first attempt to use the related feature (not on App launch). You can manage or revoke permissions at any time through your device's settings (Settings > Apps > xxx > Permissions).

5. Your Control Over Local Data

You have full control over all data generated by the App on your device:

- Delete Photos: You can delete photos directly within the App's local album or through your device's gallery (for synced photos).

- Clear Settings: The App includes a "Reset to Defaults" option in "Settings" to erase all custom presets and restore factory settings.

- Uninstall the App: Uninstalling the App will automatically delete all data stored in the App's private sandbox. Synced photos in your device's gallery will remain and must be deleted manually if desired.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, including but not limited to social media sharing APIs, cloud storage services, payment processors, or analytics tools. No third party has access to any data generated by your use of the App.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, and the App includes no features designed to attract children. Parents or guardians who discover that a child has used the App may delete all related data by uninstalling the App or using the App's delete functions.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in the App's functionality or compliance requirements. Any updates will be posted within the App (via a pop-up notification) and will include the new effective date. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We will not make material changes that reduce your privacy protections without your explicit consent.
