Depending on how you use the application, Halal Rider may collect the following information:

Halal Rider may request the following permissions:
Location access is used to determine the driver's position, provide navigation and map functionality, support delivery dispatch, calculate routes and ETAs, and track active trips when required.
Camera access may be used to capture photos for driver identity verification or other supported delivery-related functionality.
Notification permission is used to send order updates, trip requests, delivery notifications, and important system alerts.
Internet access is required to authenticate users, communicate with Halal's servers, retrieve and update delivery information, and provide the application's online services.
If enabled by the application, phone access may be used to facilitate communication between the driver and the customer when necessary for delivery execution.
Users may decline certain permissions. However, declining a required permission may limit or prevent access to related application features.
We may use collected information to:
Create, authenticate, and manage driver accounts.
Verify driver identity and prevent unauthorized account usage.
Assign and manage orders and delivery activities.
Manage trips and delivery operations.
Provide navigation, maps, route information, and estimated arrival times.

Location and route-related information may be processed through mapping and navigation services, such as Google Maps or OSRM, when required to provide maps, directions, routes, or estimated arrival times.
Device notification tokens may be processed by Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications.

We do not sell users' personal information.
Halal Rider may use the device camera to capture a photo for driver identity verification or other supported verification purposes.
When collected, verification photos are transmitted securely to Halal's servers and are used for identity verification, security, and fraud prevention.
Verification photos are not used for targeted advertising.
We retain verification photos only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including security, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. When they are no longer required, they may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention practices.
Halal Rider may collect precise geographical location information while the driver is using delivery, dispatch, or active trip services.
Location information may be used to:
Display the driver's position on maps.
Support delivery dispatch.

Calculate estimated arrival times.
Track active delivery or trip progress.
Support the efficient execution of delivery services.
Location information is not used for targeted advertising.
Location access is subject to the permissions granted by the user through the device's operating system.
