1.3 Identity & Verification Documents (Artisans)
To verify artisan accounts, we collect uploaded documents including:

Criminal record extract
Bank account details (RIB)
Proof of address
Carte Vitale
KBIS (business registration)
Insurance certificate

1.4 Location Data
Artisans: We collect real-time GPS location (updated periodically) when your availability is set to active, to match you with nearby service requests.
Clients: We collect the location of your service request to find nearby artisans.
Location permissions (foreground and background) are requested through your device settings and can be revoked at any time.
1.5 Chat & Messaging Data
We store messages exchanged through our in-app support chat, including text messages, attached images, and PDF files.

Push notification token (to send you notifications)
Device platform (iOS, Android, or Web)
1.7 Service Request Data
When you create a service request, we collect:
Type of service needed
Urgency level
Description of the issue
Service location (address and coordinates)
1.8 Ratings & Reviews
Clients may leave ratings (score and comment) for artisans after a completed service.
1.9 Authentication via Third-Party Providers
If you choose to log in using Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name and email address from the provider. We do not receive or store your Google or LinkedIn password.
We use the collected information to:
Create and manage your account
Authenticate your identity
Match clients with nearby available artisans
Facilitate communication between users and our support team
Send push notifications about service requests, offers, and updates
Verify artisan identity and professional documents
Display artisan profiles and ratings to clients
Improve and maintain the quality of our service
Passwords are securely hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption and are never stored in plain text.
Authentication tokens (JWT) are used for session management and stored securely on your device.
Uploaded files and documents are stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Between users: Artisan profiles (name, photo, specialties, ratings) are visible to clients. Client names are visible to matched artisans.
Service providers: We use third-party services for cloud storage, push notifications, and hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Chat messages and service history are retained for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
You have the right to:

Correct inaccurate information via the app
Delete your account and personal data
Withdraw location permissions at any time through your device settings

If you sign in using Google or LinkedIn:
