2. Summary
There is no account creation or login required in the application.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.
Your game progress is stored only on your device; it is not sent to any of our servers.
The application contains Google AdMob advertisements and optional in-app purchases via Google Play.
The only Android permission requested by the application is INTERNET.
3. Data Processed
3.1 Data that remains on your device
The following are kept in the browser/WebView local storage (localStorage, under the key wwtd.profile.v1). This data is not sent to us or any third party; it is deleted from the device when you uninstall the application:
Your chosen nickname
Highest score and longest survival time
Number of runs played
Gold bar balance, permanent upgrades, and quest progress
Information on whether the "Remove Ads" purchase has been made
There is no online leaderboard in this version of the application, and your game data does not leave your device. If such a feature is added in the future, this policy will be updated beforehand.
3.2 Advertisements (Google AdMob)
The application displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. For ad serving and measurement, Google may process your Advertising ID, device and application information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This processing is subject to Google’s own policies; we do not collect or see this data.

You can turn off personalized ads or reset your advertising ID from your device's Settings → Google → Ads section.
3.3 In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment process entirely; your card information, billing address, or payment ID are never transmitted to the application. The application only checks whether the purchase was successful and unlocks the relevant content.
3.4 Data we do not collect
First/last name, email, phone number, exact location, contacts, messages, photos, camera, microphone, files, and health data are not processed. There is no analytics or crash reporting SDK in the application.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Only the following service providers are involved:
Google AdMob — ad serving
Google Play Billing — purchase processing
These providers may host their servers abroad; therefore, data may be transferred internationally. In the event of a legal obligation (court order, etc.), we may share information to the extent required by law.
6. Retention Period
Your game data remains on your device until you uninstall the application or clear the application data. There are no records of yours stored on our end. The retention periods for advertising and purchase data are subject to Google’s own policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The application is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe data belonging to your child has been processed, please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
8. Your Rights
Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) No. 6698 and — if you are in the European Economic Area — the GDPR, you have the right to access, request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your data, and to object to the processing.
Deletion of your data: Since all your game data is kept on your device, you can completely remove it at any time by uninstalling the application or by following the steps Settings → Apps → Wild West Train Defense → Storage → Clear Data. There is no record on our end to be deleted. For advertising data, you can reset your device's advertising ID.
9. Security
Since the application does not transmit game data outside the device, the risks during transfer are kept to a minimum. Advertising and purchase traffic run through Google's own secure infrastructure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When a significant change occurs, we will update the "last updated" date on this page. By continuing to use the application after the change, you are deemed to have accepted the updated policy.
