1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

A. Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, which you voluntarily provide when you log in to the App using Google Sign-In. This data is used solely to authenticate your account, sync your purchased credits, and display your user profile.

B. Media and Garment Images

To provide the core functionality of the App (AI-based wrinkle removal), you upload photos of clothing/garments. 

• Upload and Transmission: These images are securely uploaded to our cloud servers over encrypted HTTPS connections.

• Storage and Retention: We do NOT permanently store your uploaded garment images. They are temporarily stored during the AI processing queue and are automatically deleted from our processing servers immediately after the wrinkle removal task is completed.

C. Financial Data

All financial transactions, credit purchases, and subscriptions are securely processed directly by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or process any credit card numbers, bank details, or direct payment information.

D. Device and Usage Data

We may collect standard device information such as your device model, operating system version, and system locale settings (like region properties) to optimize the App performance, handle regional pricing layouts, and troubleshoot bugs.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information collected to:

• Create and manage your secure user account.

• Process your uploaded clothing photos to remove wrinkles using our AI pipeline.

• Sync and maintain your purchased credits and usage history.

• Prevent fraudulent transactions and monitor the security of our services.

• Provide support and respond to customer service inquiries.

3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or uploaded images with third-party advertisers or unauthorized partners. We may share information only with trusted third-party service providers that perform essential operations for our App, including:

• Google Play Services: For processing secure in-app payments.

• Supabase / Backend Services: For database hosting to track credit balances and historical tasks.

All such third parties are legally obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

4. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of abuse.

5. YOUR DATA RIGHTS & ACCOUNT DELETION

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. 

• Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated profile data directly by contacting us at contact@aftertaken.com. Upon verification, we will delete your user profile and credit database records from our systems.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to remove it.
