This Privacy Policy explains what information the Wlog mobile application ("the App") collects from its users, how this information is used, how it is shared with third parties, and the rights you have over this data. By downloading and using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Important notice — relation to WhatsApp: The App is not affiliated with, partnered with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. The App does not connect to WhatsApp, does not access WhatsApp accounts, and does not retrieve data from WhatsApp servers. The App generates simulation-based local schedule notifications for a phone number that the user manually enters.

The App requests the READ_CONTACTS permission only when you tap "Pick from contacts". This permission:
Is used solely to display your contacts inside the App so you can pick one.
Contact data is never uploaded to any server, never shared with third parties, and never sent to ad networks.
Only the name and number of the contact you manually select is added to the App's local database; all other contact records stay on the device.
You can revoke this permission at any time via Android Settings > Apps > Last Seen > Permissions.
Description
Device hash
A one-way SHA-256 hash of the Android ID. The raw Android ID is never stored or transmitted. This hash cannot be reversed to identify you, your email, or your phone number.
Ad-watched flag
A boolean indicating whether you have used your free entitlement by watching a rewarded ad.
PRO status
is_pro = true if you have an active subscription.
Timestamps
First-seen and last-seen timestamps (server side).
We do not send your name, email, phone number, IP address logs, location, contacts, purchase content, or any other personal information to our server.
The App uses Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) and Google Firebase Analytics. Subject to the user's explicit consent and the providers' own privacy policies, these services may collect:
Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID — AAID)
Device model, OS version, language, and country settings
IP address (for coarse location estimation and fraud prevention)
In-app events (screen views, purchase initiation, rewarded-ad completion)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK, the App:
Shows a GDPR-compliant consent form to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Shows a "Do not sell or share my personal information" preference screen to users covered by U.S. state laws (CCPA, CPRA, etc.).
If you decline consent, personalized ads are not shown and the Google Mobile Ads SDK is not initialized at all; no ad-related identifiers are transmitted over the network. You can change your consent preferences later from the Settings screen.
PRO subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing. The App does not see, store, or transmit your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.) — these are handled entirely by Google. Google's payment privacy terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App only processes the verification token and product identifier (e.g., wa_pro_weekly, wa_pro_monthly) returned by Google Play.

5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete the record immediately.
6. Data Retention
Wlog does not store or retain users' personal information on our servers. Information created or entered by users within the app is primarily stored locally on the user's device.
We do not maintain a server-side database of users' personal information. We do not retain user data for longer than necessary to provide the app's features.
When users delete locally stored information using the available options in Wlog, that information is removed from the app's local storage, subject to the device's operating system and backup settings.
7. Data Deletion
Wlog does not provide a server-side account or server database containing users' personal information. Therefore, there is no server-side personal data that needs to be deleted upon request.
Users can delete their locally stored information directly through the deletion or reset features available in Wlog. Users can also uninstall Wlog from their device to remove the app's locally stored data, subject to the device's operating system behavior.
