We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the UC Case Simulator app handles data while you use the game.

1. Information We Collect

The app does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or email address.

In-game progress data, such as your UC balance, unlocked skins, and inventory, is stored locally on your device only.

Integrated advertising services in the app, such as Google AdMob, may automatically collect or process certain information to display, measure, and improve ads. This may include:

Device and advertising identifiers.

IP address.

App usage information and interactions with ads.

Technical data related to performance or diagnostics.

2. How We Use Data

To run the game and provide its basic features.

To save in-game progress locally on your device.

To display ads and operate the in-app reward system.

To improve performance and detect crashes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Some technical data necessary for displaying or measuring ads may be shared with Google or its related advertising service providers, in accordance with their own policies.

4. Storage and Retention

Your UC balance, inventory, and settings are stored locally on your device. This content remains saved until you delete the app data or uninstall the app from your device.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data processed by the app. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children

If the app is used by a minor or child, it must be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, or in accordance with the applicable laws in the user’s country.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can clear the app data from your device settings to delete the local data stored inside the game.

You can uninstall the app at any time.

You can review the advertising and privacy settings on your device or in your Google account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the latest update changed accordingly.

1) المعلومات التي نجمعها

لا يطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب ولا يجمع بشكل مباشر معلومات تعريف شخصية مثل الاسم أو رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني. كما أن بيانات التقدم داخل اللعبة، مثل رصيد UC، السكنات التي تم فتحها، والمخزون، يتم حفظها محليًا على جهازك فقط.

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد تتم مشاركة بعض البيانات التقنية اللازمة لتشغيل الإعلانات أو قياسها مع Google أو مزودي خدمات الإعلانات المرتبطين بها، وذلك وفق سياساتهم الخاصة.

4) التخزين والاحتفاظ

يتم تخزين رصيد UC والمخزون والإعدادات محليًا على جهازك. يبقى هذا المحتوى محفوظًا حتى تقوم بحذف بيانات التطبيق أو إزالة التطبيق من جهازك.

5) الأمان

نتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق، لكن لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة 100%.

6) الأطفال

إذا كان التطبيق مستخدمًا من قبل قاصر أو طفل، فيجب أن يتم ذلك تحت إشراف ولي الأمر أو وفق القوانين السارية في بلد المستخدم.

7) حقوقك وخياراتك

• يمكنك مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز لحذف البيانات المحلية المخزنة داخل اللعبة.

• يمكنك إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق في أي وقت.

• يمكنك مراجعة إعدادات الإعلانات والخصوصية الخاصة بجهازك أو بحساب Google الخاص بك.

8) التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة داخل هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ آخر تحديث.
