JiMiner Games ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and games (collectively referred to as the "Services" or "Applications"). Our Applications are free to play and are supported by third-party advertising networks. These ad providers may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve, optimize, and measure the performance of in-game advertisements.

Local Storage: Most gameplay data—including level progress, player unlocks, virtual currency, and custom user preferences—is stored locally on your device storage.
Complete Erasure: We do not maintain user profile databases on external servers for single-player game progression. To delete all local save data, you can clear the application cache and storage via your device settings or uninstall the Application from your device.
You have full control over the use of your device’s advertising identifiers:
Opting Out of Targeted Ads: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertisements at any time by opening your Android device settings and navigating to Settings > Privacy / Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization).
Impact of Opting Out: If you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see advertisements within the Application, but they will be contextual rather than based on cross-app tracking.
Our Applications are designed for a general audience and teens.
We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data directly from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable by regional law, such as the EU GDPR).
We implement available controls within our ad mediation systems to request child-directed or non-personalized ad treatment for titles directed primarily toward younger audiences, in compliance with COPPA and Google Play Families Policies.
If a parent or guardian discovers that personal data has been inadvertently provided to us, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt steps to remove the data.
We take reasonable technical and administrative precautions to safeguard any information handled through our Applications. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or wireless transmission is completely impenetrable, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
