## I. ABOUT THIS POLICY
Juicyapps LLC ("we," "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process personal data when you install and use the "Trendly" mobile application and the trendly.art website (collectively, the "Service").
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This Policy (excluding the U.S. Multistate Notice in the Annex) applies to all users worldwide. The Annex additionally applies to residents of U.S. states that have enacted applicable state privacy laws.

## II. DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
### FUNCTIONAL DATA
The following data is necessary to deliver core Service functionality:
- **Activity Data.** With your permission we may access your camera or Photo library strictly to save or process content you create inside the Service. We do not collect or store photos unless you explicitly upload them.
- **Account Data.** You may register via email, "Sign in with Apple," or "Sign in with Google." We receive your name, email address (or a relay address if you choose Hide My Email with Apple), and profile picture. This data is used solely to manage your account and deliver our services. Your account is shared between the mobile application and the web application.
- **User Content.** Includes text, images, or video you submit as input ("Input Content") and AI-generated results produced by the Service ("Output Content"). Your use of User Content is governed by our Terms of Use. When using style or portrait features you may optionally indicate a subject category (e.g. person or pet) to improve generation accuracy.
- **Contact Data.** If you reach us via email or support form, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your request.
### THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING
By submitting User Content and activating AI-based features you explicitly consent to its transfer to third-party AI providers solely to generate Output Content:
- **Text and image input** may be sent to OpenAI (GPT-4o Image), Google (Imagen, Gemini), Black Forest Labs (Flux), ByteDance (Seedream), Ideogram, and/or Qwen (Alibaba).
- **Video generation input** may be sent to Google (Veo), Runway AI Inc., Kling AI, Hailuo, ByteDance (Seedance), and/or OpenAI (Sora).
- **Prompt optimization** may be processed by Anthropic (Claude) to improve generation quality.
The specific providers used depend on the selected model and generation type. If you do not wish your content to be processed by third-party AI providers, please do not submit it to the Service.
### USER PHOTOS AND FACIAL DATA
When you use portrait or avatar features you may voluntarily upload photos containing facial or other personal information. We process these photos solely to generate requested Output Content. We do not use photo data for user identification, advertising, or profile building, and we do not sell or share your photos with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.
Uploaded photos are processed over encrypted connections and deleted immediately once your Output Content is successfully generated. Output Content is retained for limited periods as described in Section VI.
### AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED DATA
On the basis of your permission, certain analytics SDKs process information automatically, including:
- Device information: device type, OS version, screen size, memory usage.
- Connection data: mobile carrier, network type, IP address, session duration.
- Location data: country/region derived from SIM or IP, language, time zone.
- Identifiers: advertising ID (IDFA on iOS), app-specific user IDs.
- App events: in-app actions, purchases, tutorial progress, custom analytics events.
You can withdraw tracking permission at any time (see Section VIII).
### PAYMENT DATA
All mobile billing is handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not access or store your payment card details.

## III. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
- **Service delivery:** to provide the Service features you request.
- **Improvement and testing:** to understand usage patterns, diagnose issues, and enhance performance.
- **Communications:** to send service notifications, respond to support requests, and inform you of policy changes.
- **Security and compliance:** to detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, and meet legal obligations.

## V. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The Service is available globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection standards, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients provide adequate protection for your personal data. By using the Service you consent to such transfers.

## VI. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. Specific retention periods for User Content:
- **Input Content** (uploaded photos, text, video): deleted immediately upon successful generation of Output Content.
- **Output Content** (generated results): retained for 3 days after creation, or 7 days for avatar generation results.
- **Account and contact data:** retained for the duration of your account or as required by law.
- **Purchase and credit transaction data:** retained for the duration of your account for balance computation and audit purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section VII).

## VII. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- **Right to Access:** obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- **Right to Data Portability:** receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- **Right to Rectification:** request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- **Right to Erasure:** request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
- **Right to Restriction:** request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
- **Right to Object:** object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for Trendly, or disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" globally.

## IX. SECURITY
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. While we strive to protect your information, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

## X. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

## XI. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

## ANNEX: U.S. MULTISTATE PRIVACY NOTICE
This Annex supplements the Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states with applicable state privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others). Where state law grants additional rights or imposes additional disclosure requirements, those rights and requirements apply to you.
To submit a privacy request, email privacy@juicyapps.io and include the phrase: "Exercising my privacy rights — [Your State]."
We do not sell personal information or engage in sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those disclosed in this Policy.
