When you create an account in TrendIQ, we collect:
• Email address — used to create and authenticate your account
• Name — displayed in your in-app profile
• Phone number — used to contact you regarding your account
• Account activity — account creation date and access status
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, SMS messages, call logs, or any data from other applications on your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to:
• Create and secure your account
• Verify your access level within the application
• Provide customer support
• Improve the stability and performance of the application
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
TrendIQ uses Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), provided by Google LLC, to store account data and manage sign-in. Data handled by these services is processed according to Google’s Privacy Policy:

No other third-party service receives your personal data.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by sending an email to tbttb9401@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address used to register. Requests are processed within 30 days, after which all personal data is permanently removed from our servers.
5. Data Security
Account data is stored on Google Firebase servers and protected using industry-standard measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and database security rules that restrict access to the account owner only.
6. Children’s Privacy
TrendIQ is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at tbttb9401@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
