Privacy Policy – Trial Line

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use Trail Line (the “Game”).
Trail Line does not require users to create an account. The developer does not operate a backend server that stores player profiles or gameplay progress in the current version of the Game.
Trail Line stores certain information locally on your device in order to provide game functionality and preserve your progress. This may include:
game progress;
completed tracks;
best times and records;
game settings and preferences;
generated track seeds;
generator versions;
Line Codes;
advertising-related game state, such as counters used to determine when an advertisement may be shown;
locally cached information about whether the Remove Ads purchase is active.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the developer.
You can remove locally stored game data by using the reset function available in the Game, clearing the Game's application data in Android settings, or uninstalling the Game.
Trail Line allows players to create, copy and share Line Codes.
A Line Code contains technical information required to reproduce a procedurally generated track, such as track generation information.
Line Codes are not intended to contain your name, email address, device identifier or other personal information.
When you voluntarily share a Line Code through another application or service, that third-party service may process information according to its own privacy policy.
Trail Line uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain information for purposes including advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Depending on your device, location, consent choices and Google services, this information may include:
IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID or app set ID where available;
interactions with the Game and advertisements;
app launch and usage information;
diagnostic and performance information.
Trail Line does not directly receive your payment card details or use this advertising information to personally identify you.
Information processed by Google is handled according to Google's own privacy policies and terms.
Where required by applicable law or Google policies, Trail Line may display a consent or privacy message before certain advertising technologies are used.
Depending on your location and privacy choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized or subject to limited data processing.
Where consent is required, Trail Line will use a Google-compatible consent solution.
Trail Line may offer a one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive or store:
payment card numbers;
bank account information;
card security codes;
other payment credentials entered into Google Play.
Google Play may provide the Game with information necessary to verify a purchase, such as the purchased product, purchase status or entitlement information.
This information is used only to determine whether advertising should be disabled and to restore an eligible purchase.
Trail Line does not require you to provide the developer with:
your name;
home address;
phone number;
contacts;
photos or videos;
microphone recordings;
precise GPS location;
passwords;
payment card information;
a Trail Line user account.
If you voluntarily contact the developer by email, information contained in your message will be processed only as necessary to respond to your request, investigate an issue or provide support.
Trail Line may use:
Google Play;
Google Play Billing;
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK.
These services may collect, process or share information according to their own privacy policies, terms and technical requirements.
The developer does not control independent data-processing activities performed directly by these third-party services.
Information processed by the Game or its third-party services may be used to:
provide and maintain Game functionality;
save local game progress and settings;
reproduce tracks through Line Codes;
display advertisements;
verify Remove Ads purchases;
detect technical problems;
maintain security and prevent fraud;
comply with applicable legal obligations.
Trail Line uses reasonable technical measures appropriate to the information processed by the Game.
Gameplay information described above is stored locally on the user's device.
For information transmitted or processed by Google services, applicable security measures are provided by those services.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Local Game Data: Local gameplay information remains on your device until you reset progress, clear Trail Line's application data through Android settings, or uninstall the Game.
The developer does not maintain a separate server-side copy of this gameplay data in the current version of Trail Line.
Advertising Data: Information independently processed by Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable policies and privacy controls.
Purchase Information: Google Play may retain transaction information according to Google's legal, accounting and service requirements. Trail Line may locally store the state of your Remove Ads entitlement. A valid entitlement may later be restored through Google Play.
Support Requests: If you contact the developer, communications may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, investigate an issue, maintain necessary records or comply with legal obligations.
Trail Line currently does not provide or require Trail Line user accounts.
Because no Trail Line account is created, there is no separate Trail Line account-deletion procedure.
If account functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Trail Line does not intentionally ask users, including children, to directly provide personal information to the developer.
Advertising and third-party services used by the Game will be configured according to applicable Google Play requirements, Google advertising requirements and applicable law.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Trail Line changes its functionality, introduces new services, changes third-party SDKs or changes how information is processed.
The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes are made.
