Soft Developer Man built the Tolet Ads app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Soft Developer Man and is intended for use as is.

We collect this information when users register, create or manage posts, set alerts, use referral features, communicate through the app, or interact with various app functionalities.
Referral and Registration: When you register and use a referral code, we may collect and store the referral code to provide rewards to the referrer. We may also collect limited device and SIM information to prevent fraudulent self-referrals and ensure fair usage.
Withdraw Requests: When you request a withdrawal (via bKash, Nagad, or mobile recharge), we collect your provided mobile number solely for the purpose of sending your earned rewards. This information is used only for processing withdrawals and is never shared with third parties.

Name: To identify you in the app, personalize your profile, and allow other users to recognize you.
Mobile Phone Number: To verify user accounts, enable secure login, allow communication between Bariwala and Varatiya users, and process manual payment confirmations such as bKash, Nagad, or mobile recharge withdrawals.
Email Address: To allow users to register and sign in using Google Authentication, securely manage their accounts, recover account access when necessary, and use account-related features within the app.
Profile Picture: Profile pictures are collected to personalize your account and can be seen by you and other users inside the app. Profile pictures are never shared with third parties.
Bariwala and Varatiya Information: To allow users to post rental properties (Bariwala) and rental requirements (Varatiya), and to help match relevant posts between users.
Property Details and Images: To publish rental listings with clear and complete information, including property images that help users easily view and find suitable places for rent.
Alert Preferences and Notification Settings: To send relevant alerts and notifications based on user-selected preferences.
Address, State, Province, and City: To ensure accurate property location, enable area-based search, and improve the relevance of listings.
Precise Location Information: To help users discover nearby Bariwala posts, Varatiya requirement posts, and location-relevant rental opportunities. Location information may also be used to improve search results, matching alerts, recommendations, and other area-based features within the app.
Device and Usage Information: To improve app performance, detect and fix bugs, enhance security, deliver notifications, analyze user behavior and user experience, and prevent fraud or unauthorized activities.
Referral Program: Referral codes are collected and processed to allocate reward points to the referrer when a new user registers and posts for the first time. Device ID and SIM information may be used to prevent abuse of the referral system.
Withdraw Requests: Mobile numbers provided for withdrawal requests (via bKash, Nagad, or mobile recharge) are used only to manually send the earned rewards. We do not use any payment gateway and we do not share this data with any external service providers.
Notifications: We may send in-app or push notifications to inform you about post approval status, referral updates, withdrawal confirmations, and other app-related information.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. Once verified, all your personal data—including profile information, location data, and property-related content such as images—will be permanently deleted from our active systems within a reasonable operational timeframe.
