Privacy Policy — Thimma

Thimma is an application designed to organize customer accounts and manage debts and installments. It provides an interface for the manager to administer accounts and an interface for the customer to track information related to their account. Application Administrator: Falah G. Salieh.
Data and Usage:
We process usernames and login credentials (username and password), as well as customer account data entered by the manager—including debts, installments, due dates, payments made, outstanding balances, and account activity. This data is used for logging in, organizing, viewing, and updating accounts, and for tracking financial obligations.
Access and Sharing:
The manager can view and update the customer accounts they manage, while the customer can view information related to their own account. Hosting and database services may process data necessary for the application's operation, and we may disclose data when required by law.
Data Retention:
We retain data for as long as it is needed to provide the service and manage accounts, debts, and installments. Once the purpose for retention has ended or a deletion request is made, data for which there is no specific legal basis for retention will be deleted. Please keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with others.
User Rights and Account Deletion:
Users can delete their accounts from within the application or contact us to request the correction or deletion of their data. Account deletion includes the removal of associated personal data, except for data that must be retained due to specific legal obligations; the reason for and duration of such retention will be clarified when the request is processed. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete the account, and deleting the account does not cancel outstanding debts or financial obligations.
Updates:
We may update this policy if the service or data processing methods change; the updated version will be published on this page, along with the updated date.
