TaxSnap ("we", "our", or "us") is built as a free, offline utility application to help users calculate income tax liabilities in Ethiopia according to the Income Tax (Amendment) Proclamation No. 1395/2025.
No Personal Data Collection: We do NOT collect, store, record, transmit, or request any personal identification information (such as name, email address, phone number, or ID numbers).
No Financial Data Tracking: Any inputs entered into the app (such as basic salary, allowances, rental figures, or business revenue) are processed 100% locally on your device in real time. None of your financial figures are sent over the network or saved to any external servers.
Google AdMob: This application uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and non-personal diagnostic data to serve and personalize ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
TaxSnap is an independent calculation tool developed strictly for educational and informational purposes.
It is NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenues, the Ministry of Finance, or any government authority in Ethiopia.
This application does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
