This policy explains what information the SprayLoop mobile game ("the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. SprayLoop is developed by Zenfor App Studio.
We do not ask for, collect or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number or contacts. The app has no accounts or sign-in.
Your game progress (levels, coins, keys, boosters, settings such as sound and vibration) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads and ads between levels. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information from your device, such as:
the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), where you allow it;
IP address and approximate location derived from it;
device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
ad interaction data (ads shown, taps, rewarded ads completed) and diagnostic data.
On iOS, the app asks for your permission before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalised. In regions where it is required (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), a consent form from Google is shown before ads are loaded, and you can choose whether to allow personalised ads.

Purchases (such as coin packs or Remove Ads) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase was made so the item can be delivered in the game. The in-app purchase system is provided by Unity Technologies (Unity IAP), which may process purchase receipts and basic device information to complete the purchase: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
to run the game and keep your progress on your device;
to show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, and to limit how often ads appear;
to deliver purchased items.
We do not sell your personal information.
Tracking (iOS): you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Advertising ID (Android): you can reset or delete it in your device settings under Google > Ads.
Ads between levels: buying Remove Ads turns them off. Rewarded ads stay available but are always optional.
Your data: to remove all game data, delete the app.
SprayLoop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date at the top.
