By installing or using Speak1Minute, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Core Privacy Guarantee: 100% On-Device Video Privacy

• Camera & Microphone Access: Speak1Minute requires camera and microphone access strictly to allow you to record your 1-minute impromptu speaking practice sessions and capture audio for transcription.

• No Video Uploads: All video and audio recordings created in Speak1Minute remain strictly stored on your physical device within the app's secure private directory. Your video files are never uploaded, streamed, backed up, or shared to any external server, cloud storage, or third party.

• Automatic Storage Cleanup: To protect your device storage, practice video files are automatically deleted after a 7-day retention period unless manually removed or managed earlier by you.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Speech Evaluation (Google Gemini)

• Transcript Evaluation Only: When you complete a speaking session, the spoken audio is converted to a text transcript. Only this text transcript is securely transmitted via encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) to the Google Gemini API solely to generate your Toastmasters-style evaluation score, pacing breakdown, and actionable delivery tips.

• No Audio/Video Sent to AI: Raw video and raw audio files are never transmitted to Google Gemini or any other AI service.

• Ephemeral Processing: Text transcripts sent to the Google Gemini API are processed ephemerally for the sole purpose of real-time evaluation and feedback generation. They are not stored permanently by MythSphere.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Speak1Minute integrates trusted third-party SDKs to provide analytics, progress synchronization, and non-intrusive advertising:

1. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob):

   • We show Interstitial and Rewarded ads to support free access to AI coaching features.

   • Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers such as your device's Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, app interaction data, and diagnostic logs to serve contextual or personalized advertisements and prevent ad fraud.

2. Google Firebase:

   • We may utilize Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to preserve your practice streaks, badges, and progress milestones across app launches.

   • You may choose to practice anonymously without creating an account.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

• User Control: You retain complete control over your data.

• Manual Deletion: You can delete individual practice recordings or purge all stored speech data at any time from the app’s Settings menu.

• App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the Speak1Minute application immediately removes all locally cached videos, transcripts, and app-private database records from your device.

• Account / Data Removal Requests: If you wish to request the deletion of any synchronized cloud metrics (such as your streak count), contact us at support.mythsphere@gmail.com and your request will be processed promptly.

6. Children's Privacy

Speak1Minute is intended for general audiences aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove the data.
