When activating your subscription in the application, we request the following information:

• Parent/Guardian Phone Number
• Governorate
• Academic Division (e.g., Scientific Baccalaureate, Literary, etc.)
• Subscription Code
• Your Academic Progress: Lessons you've watched, completion percentage
• Device Information: (for technical compatibility purposes only)
• We do NOT collect your precise geographic location
• We do NOT collect credit card information (payment is made outside the app)
• We do NOT collect your photos or personal files
• We do NOT track your activity outside the app
• Activating your subscription and verifying subscription code validity
• Displaying educational content appropriate for your academic division
• Saving your progress in lessons and subjects
• Technical Support: To respond to your inquiries and help solve problems
• Updates: Informing you of important app updates
• Parent Communication: When necessary (via parent phone number)
• Usage Analysis: To understand how the app is used and improve it
• Bug Fixes: To discover and fix technical issues
• Data Encryption: All data is encrypted during transmission and storage
• Video Encryption: Educational content is encrypted with advanced technologies
• Strict Security Policies: Only authorized employees can access data
• Access Monitoring: We monitor all data access attempts
• Screenshot Prevention: The app prevents screen recording and video capture
• Secure Storage: Local data is securely stored on your device
We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to any third party!
We may share your information only in the following cases:
• We share your academic progress with your parent/guardian via the Parent App
• Database Providers (with their commitment to strict privacy policies)
• Video Server: For storing and streaming educational content
• If requested by legal authorities (with a court order)
• Parent phone number is required during registration for minor students
• Parents can monitor their child's progress via the Parent App
You have the right to delete your data at any time:
• Delete the app from your device - all local data will be automatically deleted
• Send an email to: www.smarteduplatform@gmail.com
• Include in the email:
Your full name
Your phone number
Subscription code
Data deletion request • We will delete your data within 30 days
⚠️ Important Note:
This will result in the complete loss of all your data in the database including name, phone number, parent phone number, academic progress, and subscription activation code, which will lead to the loss of your app subscription.
• Data is stored on secure servers
• Servers may be located in different countries (to ensure performance and reliability)
• We may update this policy from time to time
• We will notify you of any substantial changes via the app or our channel on Telegram
• The last update date is shown at the top of this page
