ShootScope is a film production planning app designed to help filmmakers organize scenes, build shot lists, plan schedules, and track shoot progress efficiently. It is an offline-first tool built for use during the production phase of films, short films, and web series.

Users can:

• Add shots with camera angles and technical details

• Track the completion status of shots

• View project progress and scheduling timelines

ShootScope is developed and maintained by KEZUD, a technology team focused on building smart productivity tools for creative professionals.

1. Information We Collect

ShootScope does not collect or store any personal or sensitive user data.

• No login, sign-up, or account is required

• No personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected

• No access to contacts, camera, microphone, or storage is requested

• No background tracking or profiling

All data entered by the user remains private and stays on the user’s device.

2. Local Data Storage

All content created in the app — including scenes, shots, schedules, and progress — is stored locally on the user’s device. This data:

• Is not accessible by KEZUD or any third parties

• Is deleted when the app is uninstalled or app data is cleared

• Remains under the full control of the user at all times

No data is sent to any server or cloud storage system.

3. Third-Party Services

ShootScope uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. This includes basic metrics such as:

• Device type and OS version

• Screen flow and feature usage

• Session duration and crash reports

This helps improve app performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or shared. Users can opt out of analytics via device settings.

No other third-party SDKs, ad networks, or external services are used in this app.

4. Offline-First Functionality

ShootScope is designed to work entirely offline. All core features — scene and shot management, scheduling, and progress tracking — function without any internet connection.

There is no background syncing or remote access involved.

5. Children’s Privacy

ShootScope is intended for adult filmmakers, students, and production teams. It is not designed for children under 13.

• The app does not knowingly collect data from minors

• It complies with privacy laws such as COPPA, as no personal information is gathered
  
  

6. User Control & Data Deletion

As all data is stored on the device:

• Users have complete control over their information

• To delete data, users may uninstall the app or clear app data through device settings

• There is no remote storage or user account to manage
