By signing in, a user should agree to following terms and conditions

  1. Details about the stock holdings of a user added to the my portfolio section of this system would be considered as added by user at his/her will.

  2. This system will use the holdings detail of the user to calculate the total holding amount, profit and loss of a user in the portfolio section for that particular user and will be only visible to the user.

  3. All the navigation done by the user within the system will be monitored to improvise the system and may be used for targeting ads.

  4. Nepal Share will be in capability to remove any feature and service with or without prior notice to the user.

  5. Any inappropriate content posted on the forum section shall be deleted without the consent of the author. We do not allow nudity, abusive, racist, direct speech, hate speech and similar content on our forum section.

  6. Any user who finds content to be abusive or inappropriate shall report to us by long pressing the content, which we will evaluate and remove author/post if necessary.

Privacy Policy

  1. While signing up we only collect your email and name to create an account for you. These information are not shared with any third party.

  2. Stock holdings detail of a user added to the portfolio section will not be provided to any third party body at any cost and will only be visible to the respective user.

  4. Alerts added in the system will be kept as a confidential data and shall not be provided to any 3rd party body at any cost, and will not be used for analysis purpose without a prior notice to the user and shall be used only after the user agrees.
