This Privacy Policy applies to the Sacred Journey mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Benjamin Netanyahu (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
The Application may collect information when you install and use it, including:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address);
Information about the screens/pages you visit, date and time of visits, and session duration;
Total time spent using the Application;
Device type, model, operating system, and app version;
Diagnostic data related to errors and crashes.
The Application does not continuously collect precise location data from your device.
If certain features require location access, permission is requested separately through your device settings.
For specific features, the Service Provider may ask for personal information (such as email address, profile name, or other data you provide voluntarily). This information is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may disclose limited information to third parties in the following cases:

To protect rights, user safety, and prevent fraud or abuse;

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall methods available on your device or through the app marketplace.
The Service Provider retains user data:
For as long as you use the Application;
For a reasonable period afterward, where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate interests.
Upon request, user data may be deleted unless retention is required by law.
The Application is not directed to children under 13 (or such other age as required by local law). The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so that such data can be removed.
The Service Provider uses reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version becomes effective upon posting in the Application or on the relevant policy page. Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
