Recovery Plus (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Recovery Plus mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
We collect data necessary to provide and improve our recovery and roadside assistance services.
This information is collected when you register and set up your profile.
Identity: First name, last name, email address, phone number.
Role: User role / account type (client, driver, company, provider).
Security: Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
Business (for Company/Provider accounts): Company name.
Visual ID: Profile photo and other images uploaded by the user.
This data is required for payments and platform security.
Payment Details: IBAN, bank account number, payment transaction data (amount, status, reference number).
Verification: National ID images, company license images.
🔒 Note on Card Data: We do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.
We collect and process precise GPS location data, both in the foreground and the background, only after you grant explicit permission.

If you sign in using a service like Google, we may receive your Name, Email address, and Profile picture, as permitted by that third-party service.

Service Delivery: Creating and managing user accounts, authenticating users, tracking vehicles and orders in real time, and processing payments.
Communication: Sending notifications, order updates, and service-related communications.
Security & Compliance: Preventing fraud, ensuring platform security, improving app stability, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We only share your information with trusted parties to provide the services you request.
A) Service Providers: We use third-party providers for essential functions like cloud hosting, backend infrastructure, push notification services (Firebase), and payment processing. These partners operate under strict confidentiality agreements and only act on our instructions.
