# Privacy Policy for QuickNote Easy

QuickNote Easy ("the app") is a note-taking app for Android. This policy
explains what the app does with your information. The short version: it does not
collect any.
## Information the app collects
**None.**
The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. It
has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash
reporting and no third-party SDKs that gather data.
The app does not request the `INTERNET` permission, so it is technically
incapable of sending anything anywhere.
## Information you create
The notes you write — their titles, their text and the time they were last
edited — are stored in a database in the app's private storage area on your own
device. Only QuickNote Easy can read that storage.
This content never leaves your device through the app.
## Device backups
Android offers an operating-system feature called Auto Backup. If you have
enabled backups in your device's system settings, Android may include the app's
notes in the backup that Android itself makes to your personal Google account.
This is a feature of Android that you control in your device settings, not a
transfer performed by QuickNote Easy. It is governed by
[Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can turn
device backup off in your Android settings at any time.
## Permissions
The app requests **no** Android runtime permissions. It does not access your
camera, microphone, contacts, location, files or network.
## Deleting your data
- Delete an individual note by opening it and tapping **Delete**, or by
long-pressing it in the list.
- Remove everything by uninstalling the app, or via
**Settings → Apps → QuickNote Easy → Storage → Clear storage**.
Because nothing is stored on any server, there is no data for us to delete on
your behalf and no deletion request process is needed.
## Children
The app contains no ads, no in-app purchases, no network features and no
user-to-user communication. It collects nothing from anyone, children included.
## Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same
address with a revised "Last updated" date.
